Just finished a 10-session Physio package with Miss Lo at Sunlight, for a tennis related shoulder injury. 10 sessions of massages, some needling, hot pads and very specific and targeted tennis strengthening exercises. Miss Lo is very diligent, follows your progress closely, and basically knows what she’s doing. Would highly recommend for sports injuries.
