I have dealt with Caring Pharmacy (near Servay Penampang) via WhatsApp due to COVID lockdown, transportation issue or simply any urgent matter without having to drive to their store physically - since 2022 until NOW.

I've been asking for any available covid-test, supplements, wound dressings items, feminine medications and so much more.

Amazing customer service by being friendly, replying on time, and providing sufficient information even via WhatsApp. Online payment was super easy and delivery directly to our doorstep is also available.

Thank you so much Caring Pharmacy Penampang. Now can order through whatsapp. The staff is friendly and helpful. Response is fast. Delivery through grabcar also fast. If you are a member, can collect points. The prices are reasonable and the same with purchase from the shop. They pack very well and came in a box. If buy certain amount, can get free delivery. I will come back and order from here again. Very happy customer. Well done Caring!
