Doctor and nurse are friendly, easy to communicate.

Excellent and very professional consultation. Highly recommended.

Very good doctor , but very poor services feedback from his clinic nurses, always talked back rudely to client , ask them question , they can make client confused and complicated , i only prefer Dr John Teo , not his clinic rude nurses.. appointment lets said 1pm , can wait almost 1 hour there , might have to improve on the appointment time and also clinic nurses attitude.

Schedule an appointment two to three weeks in advance and ask to shown up at 11 a.m., but the doctor still not arrive till after noon. Totally unprofessional and a waste of time . Service no difference if par with Government.

I am not suggesting Dr Helen. I had cyst but didnt catch it after sonogram. For someone maybe good, not for me. Long explanation without point, test results takes 3 weeks after been said a week. No follow up calls. Need to call everyday but no returning calls like goverment office. Some nurses also have low attitude. Only accpeted cash. Feeling like I wasted my times and money.

The machine has not improved using the old one, scanning not clear at all, not recommend

The nurse is so unprofessional. Very rude. Poor communication...
