It was a good experience. I was registered by the front desk named Anjalai. She was really helpful as this was my first time. She is amazing!!

The nurse by the name of Edward Chua (If im not wrong) made me feel comfortable and was very welcoming and calm. I liked his style of attending to patients. He made the experience even better and was attentive to my questions and answered accordingly.

Finally, I made payment with the front desk by the name of Lili Tan. She was helpful and the payment process was smooth and quick.

Overall a good experience.

Visited the clinic multiple times for my HPV vaccination (gardisil 9 - 3 doses in total). Would highly recommend, if you are okay with the initial waiting time to get the first dose. After the first dose, you’ll be given a timely slot each time because it is recommended to get the next dose by 3 months (I think).

It was a very smooth process each time. I arrived slightly before the appointment time mostly, and was attended to by a nurse shortly when my queue number was called. Afterwards, my queue number was called again to make payment. The total process took less than 45 minutes.

On the last visit, the nurse applied double layer plaster to the arm area after injection, saying that someone feedbacked that their blood seeped through the single layer previously. Thought this was a very nice and responsive gesture, even though this occurrence seems to be rare.

Understand some reviews say that the receptionists may not be the most friendly, but treat them with kindness and they will reciprocate. There was once I forgot to ask for an MC when being attended to by a doctor, and only asked for it when making payment. Got a slight scolding but they still helped to request one for me.

On another occasion, I arrived 30 minutes late, and the front door was already closed. I entered by the side door and got chided for a bit. But still grateful they slotted me into the queue.

From Beginning to end Fantastic Service, The reception at counter 7 @ 25 October afternoon was very friendly and very helpful with my request, Nurses and Doctors are nice and helpful and seem too be tired but definetly still try to put a smile on ones face :)

Theres only two Cons, the lights makes it feel like a morgue very dimmed and sad ambience and i dont like how i had visited 3 seperate doctors in a span of 2 hours, confusing process but definetly did not cause any medical mishaps, grateful

Been here 3 times for my HPV Vaccination (Gardasil 9) and every single time the nurses and doctors were nice, patient and extremely efficient. In and out under 20 minutes each time.

I was 3 hours late for my last appointment and even forgot to bring a mask, but i called ahead and the staff were genuinely understanding. The nurse at the front desk also gave me a mask after asking and kindly reminded me to bring one for the next appointment.

Highly recommend for the HPV vax, but remember to book in advance as they are really packed. Had to book my first appointment a few months beforehand but worth the wait

I booked an appointment for Gardasil 9 vaccination and select tests e.g. pap smear and Hep B immunity.
Even though I missed the first appointment, they were kind enough to reschedule for me within the same month.
As it was my first time at the clinic, I mistakenly headed to the counter (you had to wait to be called) but the lady was very nice about it and answered all my questions patiently.
The doctor was very friendly, and the consultation was not awkward at all.
The nurses were also very easy to talk to.
The tests were all done swiftly with minimal discomfort.
The lady manning the payment counter was also very friendly and guided me on the procedure for the follow-up appointment.
All in all, it was a great experience as the staff were all friendly and professional, and the prices are very affordable. 👍🏻

My entire experience from start to end was positive: the counter staff was courteous and warned me gently that it’s going to be a wait; the nurse was caring and informative; the doctor was kind and knowledgeable; and the pharmacist patiently provided a comprehensive overview of the drug’s side effects. Honestly no idea why reviews have been so terrible. The staff, nurses and doctors are some of the nicest sweetest people i have ever met. Yes, getting an appointment was a little challenging because you can't walk in, phone calls don't work and their online form is broken but emailing them worked just fine and someone got back to me within one working day. Only downside is that tests take a little longer than private clinics but you're also not paying hundreds of dollars so *shrugs* seems reasonable.

I came here for a health check-up after going through a traumatising attack by the instructor in the Trust Yoga saga. I was truly impressed by how sensitive and empathetic the doctor was throughout the consultation. The nurse was so sweet and caring too! She even offered me a drink when she saw that I was nervous about the tests. They really put in effort to make me feel comfortable and at ease.

Not sure about the previous months, but the experience was awesome on a Monday (supposably busier) morning.

Took only 1.5hours from registration, testing, consultation to billing.

Improvements from the previous bad comments:
- They are using the ticketing system so you don’t have to worry about missing your number

- You won’t have to worry about feeling judged

- Knowledgable staffs and doctors on DOs and DON’Ts

- AFFORDABLE screenings

P.S. You do have to wait a bit longer for billing though, but it is understandable! Screenings and consultation are generally straight forward, billing has money issues to solve

the staff i interacted with were very patient and friendly! the nurse who took me was very reassuring and constantly cared for my well-being. overall great experience and would come back again.

Been here several times and the nurses and staff are the sweetest! Had to go through multiple jabs (I don't like needles) and they were super quick to give reassurance. Definitely recommend this place for anything sexual health related

The registration staff are very helpful and friendly. Doctors and nurses (male/famale) very professional services and friendly kindness. Thanks for doing such a great job and services for all the needs support to the patients .

I went to get my cervical cancer jab today. Uncle on standby for temperature taking was really caring and helpful. He was simultaneously explaining to an uncle in chinese how to fill up the travel form, checking in on a bangladeshi worker on his temperature and assisting me. Stepping into the clinic, i noticed they took steps to ensure we are distanced from each other by taping up alternative seats. While waiting for my turn, I also heard another staff uncle joking with a staff helping them to fix the door/sanitise the handles, explaining to the staff we should be testing it 3 times to make sure it is all good and secure. Felt very taken care of! Thank you DSC team.

P/S: People who are complaining about long waiting times, get an appt fixed!

Amazing service; friendly and personal staff. I come here regularly for my checkup and it never disappoints. By far one of the cheapest places in Singapore to get sexual wellness checkups.

It's good clinic. Docter nurses all polite and helpful. But staff on registration counter 6 is rude 😒. She is not helpful.

Highly supportive and caring staff besides they know their stuff! It IS quite weird that people haven't posted much about this in the Internet but this place is the best if you're suffering from any STIs/STDs.

Doctors are very professional & prompt in diagnosing. Places is very well maintained & clean. Staffs are very friendly & polite.

The Doctors examine very deeply and counsel the patients. And yes free condoms!
