Good service, very helpful especially when you’re stranded in the middle of the road, just give a call and they will come to you offering consultations and solutions.

I was on a road trip from JB to Cherating. All went well for a couple of days, until we were struck with what it looked like a gear-box problem. We decided to move on....until our 20+ years old Honda CRV can no longer move decently. Like God-send it kapoop right in front of Alfia Garage. Being a Sunday late afternoon, no one was in the workshop. We called the no displayed at the workshop. Someone responded and came to help us out less than an hour later. Apparently we had a gearbox problem.
What i like most about these guys at the workshop is that they are good at identifying the problem well. We packed our stuff and took the bus home to JB, knowing this could not be resolved immediately. We left our CRV at the workshop. We subsequently communicate through WhatsApp.
These guys at the workshop are good enough to provide us with various options to deal with the problem, and its estimate costs. A great thing for someone who knows not much about car. They were friendly, not "pushy" and patiently explain things to us. We decided to go on "half-cut" option. The prices these guys quoted us were extremely reasonable and transparent (with breakdowns of costs, labour).
The car is ready in less than a week. But due to work commitment, we pick up the car 2 weeks later. The car is very smooth now, like it never before.
While driving around in Cherating, we noticed
other problems, mainly with the temperature gauge(meter) and radiator. On our way back we decided to stop at the Alfia garage. Even though it was a public holiday (Deepavali) they came back to the workshop to assist us. They identified the problems and have them fixed on the spot. Some wiring issues and 1 of the 2 radiator fan not working.
We went back to JB the same night and the temperature doesn't budge a bit.
All in all i will say these Guys at the workshop are knowledgable, honest and trustworthy, and reliable (something not easily found in car workshops these days). Kudos.

Extremely helpful owner and foreman, service is great. Although they weren't able to source parts, they tried their best and kept me informed. Definitely your 1st stop when you have car issues in Kuantan

You will never find a workshop as professional, helpful like this guys. Extremely helpful. You name any day of the year and this guys will be there to help you with your situation. Glad that i met them. Definitely definitely the first place that should pop to your mind if you need a reliable workshop in Kuantan. Keep up the good work my friend. Semoga terus sukses.
