Submitted for UK visa.
He took us in to the premier lounge because i went in a a couple.

We were bit skeptical after reading the reviews. But the service is quite good (for Germany visa) and the overall process smooth. They pay keen attention to the itinerary. So make sure to keep accommodation proofs for all dates in correct order for smooth verification process.

We booked earlier slots - 8:30 am. Overall process took only half an hour

It was a smooth process for me. Appointment time was 13:45, arrived at 13:20 and there was already quite a queue there. The check-in/security lady was super friendly, helpful and apologetic for the minor delay. Was admitted to counter at around 2pm++ and done the application & biometric data collection by 2:20pm.

After reading the comments, I thought experience will be bad.

But when I actually got there, the staffs were nice. Front desk lady checked my documents thoroughly though she removed some documents that maybe is not needed for the application. Process was smooth, only took 5 mins on the front desk. I think processing won’t be a problem as long as you have complete documents. Make sure you bring your original IC and a copy.

I brought cash but they also accepted NETS for payment. One thing is, even though I didn’t choose the courier service, they just anyway included it on the fees so I have to pay extra.

I commend security lady for being polite and gentle when she checked my bag upon arriving there.

My appointment was at 8:45am so there weren’t much people. I think it’s best if you book an early slot to avoid long queues.

Hoping to have my visa approved.

Edited: Visa approved in 2 business days! Delivery took 3 days to arrive, it was a smooth transaction. Got email updates while waiting. Thanks VFS Global!

I'm satisfied for their service, starting from the front office/the security & all the staffs that helped me through the process. Many thanks just now for your understanding of my situation which often travels and the advise, also the solution for my German visa application. Special thanks to Chiqui Valiente & the German guy (i think he's their supervisor). When you plan to go to VFS, don't forget to register online first, you also must fill the forms which countries that you want to go online & print it all. The last, dont forget to recheck your documents that you need to bring. From the appointment time, please be there 10minutes before. They are very efficient, practical & helpful.

Very efficient , my appointment was at 10 am and we completed the process at 10.15 am

It helps when you prepare all the proper documents beforehand.

I has a very pleasant and smooth experience applying for France Visa in this VFS center. The officer who assisted me was very kind & helpful, and was clear in guiding me through the documents. Overall smooth experience!!

It’s a v smooth process. Had been there for Canada visa biometrics. They have 2 booths for Canada visa processing and 2 rooms dedicated for taking biometrics, rest are for other countries. The consent form copy is shared by them to fill in there on the spot as they require two copies for records. One copy is given back to you. Carry the appointment letter, BIL letter, passport only new ones, old ones not needed, a pen and a copy of this consent form. You can fill it with any color pen. The address on the consent form will be your passport address. You will receive an email acknowledgment after submission of the biometrics from VFS global. The best exit from Tanjong pagar MRT is exit G. Hope this helps! :)

The clerks at the Denmark branch were pleasant and friendly. They weren't rushing and helped look through my documents to ensure I had the proper documents.

I have never given any reviews on Google but this time round I must try to do it. Kudos to Ms Syakila for giving me the best services. She patiently accommodated to all my requests such as helping me amend the form a number of times without showing any attitude. Kudos also to auntie security guard who is so kind as well.

Im unsure why there are many bad experiences but it’s the opposite to me. I was applying for France visa on 22 Sep.

Tip: they accept cash and NETS. If you arrive later or earlier a bit, I think it’s fine. If you need printing service, there is one at M hotel opposite VFS building at level 8. VFS provides hot and cold water also.

I stumbled upon the Phil embassy at VFS Global's office website which is conveniently located at the CBD (close to where I work). As I have to urgently renew my minor daughter's passport, I gave it a shot at renewing it at their new VFS office since no prior appointment is needed.

As we went there, we were the only customers, YAY! The officer in charge was so professional, accommodating and friendly. He gave his full attention to us and treated us with utmost respect. The whole process was smooth as butter! I highly recommend renewing/applying for a passport at Phil Embassy VFS Global office!

Clean and efficient. One thing I did hear is that Philippine passport renewal is done by someone from embassy which maybe called to go to the embassy. Call in to check to avoid disappointment

Excellent place for visa in the heart of the city.
Sometime time taken may be slightly higher for processing, so don't expect a fast service unless opted for premium.

I'm not sure why people come here to vent off their anger with their visa issues, as if VFS is to blame. The process in Singapore is perfectly organised: I was called precisely at the time of my scheduled appointment, and it took exactly 15 minutes to finish. Personnel is very polite and helpful. Please don't blame personnel for your lousiness with documents and failure to come prepared, or for any issues you have further with your application. They are just service for collecting documents for embassies, they do not grant visas.

Want to give a compliment on the italy's dept for their super duper service and efficiency in particular Ms Valentina. Was really prompt in contacting me and the overall procedure was smooth with proper guidance on the documents required. Seems like all the 1 star reviews were from chinese nationals, do your due dilligence and do not blame them.

But it's people who make the place memorable.

We were on time for our appointment for a visa application and got processed very fast and efficiently. There is also a machine to do identity picture, it costs 12$ and only take banknote (2, 5, 10).

It took me 1.5 hours to do my biometrics its fast and smooth processing i might say. Thanks to the officer who assisted me.

Big shout out to MR ISA, for taking the patient effort in explaining to me the changes involved with my US visa application. Thank you for demystifying the process for me. Have a great day ahead.
