Mandarin Oriental, Singapore

Room condition was great, room view was great. My mom loved tea time. Coffee and dessert were delicious, and it was convenient because it wasn't complicated. But on the second day, the service was slow when I used the pool, so I felt a little uncomfortable. They should have brought towels to the beach bed too late and I asked for them several times. I didn't feel good sitting wet. I didn't understand. It wasn't very crowded. Everything was good except that.

Excellent hospitality and quality, cleanliness of the rooms was also great.
Just struggled with the water bottles design as it was very difficult to open, although the staff was always happy to help, would be better to probably change that design so it becomes easier to open.
The staff that helped us call for taxis were also super helpful and efficient. Overall had a very comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at MO on our way back to New Zealand for four nights. The level of service was beyond amazing at every touch. The room servicing was fantastic every day and timed to perfection whilst we were out. The little surprise gifts in our room each night, the complimentary minibar, plenty of free water in the room, the list goes on. Absolutely recommended to everyone.

Mandarin Singapore, is an incredible place, we opted for the Marina view suite . The customer service service by every single staff was unmatched. The attention to detail from the time of our arrival was outstanding. The views were spectacular. The food in every restaurant were delicious. The room beyond expectations.

The Mandarin Oriental in Singapore was an excellent choice for my daughter and I to stay. The location was great and we had a wonderful view of the Marina and Marina Bay Sands. The rooms were nice and spacious and very uplifting. Most importantly, the service was top notch!! I would definitely stay here again while visiting Singapore.

The stay and accommodations were excellent. Main issue is the front desk. The hotel was maximally booked and created problems for check in at all hours of the day. Not sure if there is a better way of dealing w this problem - perhaps better controlling expectations or finding a place where weary travelers can rest and recharge while they await their room? Either way, seemed like front desk folks were apologizing more than they were checking in folks sometimes and it's not their fault. Once I was checked in, the stay was excellent.

Was here at the function room for a wedding. Well maintained over the years and I like the cake shop and lobby setting. Easy parking if you require a quiet hangout for coffee and cakes on a weekday noon.

A wonderful, relaxing stay in the lap of luxury. The staff go above and beyond to make each guest feel welcome and at home. The breakfast buffet is simply unsurpassed.

I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental, Singapore for the first time. It was an excellent and comfortable stay. I was given a suite (by sheer luck) which had all the amenities for a family to stay in. I used the swimming pool twice and it was one of the best swimming pools that I have used. The restaurant, Embu was fine, could have been better.
The bed and bathroom were very comfortable.
As we were a group of three colleagues, my room was afforded a late check out, allowing us to use the room till 5.30 pm. At arrival, the check in experience could have been better.
The hotel’s link with Marina Square is closed hence one has to exit and then enter from outside the hotel. All in all, great experience

I stayed at this hotel for a few days prior to a cruise. I specifically chose this location because it was conveniently within walking distance to the attractions we wanted to visit, and I was not disappointed. The staff was very welcoming and friendly, and they seated us quickly. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and they even provided tea and coffee for those who enjoy them. I was also impressed by the hotel's eco-friendly policies. The hotel concierge was extremely helpful in providing us with information about Chinese New Year events and even managed to secure last-minute dinner reservations for us. The buffet offered a wide variety of high-quality food that was also suitable for children. I would like to express my gratitude to the entire staff for taking such good care of us during our stay 🙏

I went to the Deli Shop at lobby level today 12 Mar 24 about 4pm. I appreciate the 2 ladies that recommended me the raspberry lychee cake for my wife's birthday. My wife and children loved the cake so much. Thank you, sorry I didn't get both your names but I hope both of you will receive my compliments. Keep up the good work.

One of my favourite hotels in the world. Great location with stunning views over Singapore's skyline providing excellent, spacious rooms, numerous superb restaurants offering a variety of outstanding cuisine and two wonderful bars. And all in ultimate style & luxury. A unique and brilliant hotel. It's hollow interior always catches my attention. Just excellent on all fronts.

I had a delightful time at your hotel! From the moment I arrived, the reception staff was exceptionally warm and welcoming. The attention to detail and cleanliness of the hotel made a lasting impression on me. Last year, I experienced issues with the shower's hot water and the outdated rooms, but this year, after the renovation, everything feels refreshed and new. The coffee machine and hairdryer are significant improvements compared to last year. The overall experience this year exceeded my expectations, and I appreciate the effort you've put into making guests feel comfortable. Keep up the excellent work!

The location is very convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The view from the room is also wonderful, and I could relax quietly in the hotel. This time, I enjoyed delicious coffee during afternoon tea at the tea room and had a great time. If I have the opportunity to visit Singapore again, I would definitely like to use this hotel.

Our time with you in Singapore was lovely and more than fulfilled all our expectations.The refurbishment has been tastefully and very well done. The staff are always very friendly and helpful and all the food we had was delicious. We will definitely stay again as the location overlooking the bay is perfect to see the light show.

Made tax reservation to airport via concierge, but taxi was very late/did not show up.

It has always been our pleasure to stay at MO Singapore. This is our 2nd stay and I think we will make it our ritual to stay here every year.

My family’s trip to Singapore was part of a larger trip to Asia that was in the planning for a year that we were looking forward to since it would be our first big trip since the pandemic. We choose Singapore because there was a lots of kids friendly activities to do and great food to try out. We chose the Mandarin Oriental Singapore because we heard a lot of good things about it since the renovations were done and I have to say we were not disappointed and our expectations were exceeded beyond our imagination.

To start, we had booked a family room. Prior to arrival we had notified the hotel we had an early arrival since we were taking the non stop flight from JFK which landed at 5 am local time. Upon our check in at 7 am, they had no issues accommodating our early check in. Later that day chocolates were delivered to our room as a welcome amenity which was a nice gesture.

After exploring the city for a bit, we arrived back at our hotel to get some rest. Unfortunately, there was some sort of renovation next to our room where we can hear large hammering and drilling sounds. After notifying the front desk, the duty manager, Jessica attended to our concerns and promptly upgraded our room to a residential suite where there wasn’t any noise. She expressed her sorry and the inconvenience that it caused us. To me, the hallmark of a great hotel is not only how friendly the services are but also what will they do when issues are encountered. In this case, they passed with flying colours.

Throughout the rest of our stay, the staff continued to provide great service from the staff at EMBU to the housekeeping staff always inquiring if we had anything we needed to the porters answering our questions about travelling in Singapore.

At the end of our 5 days trip, my daughters asked me when the next time we can come to Singapore as they truly enjoyed their time. I do not know when that time will be but hopefully it can be in the near future. Thank you Mandarin Oriental Singapore for making my family’s stay a wonderful experience and I look forward to my next stay with you.

The breakfast! That breakfast buffet. I stayed at this hotel over 3 years ago and it is still my gold standard for breakfast buffets. I have stayed at so many luxury hotels in numerous countries since then but in my life there is a before and an after for the MO Singapore breakfast buffet. I honestly have not found anything quite as good.

I have M. O. top of my list and always prefer to stay in one of their residences where possible. Staff training and staff welfare is second to none. Wherever you choose to stay the experience is recognisable as M.O. consistent delivery. For quality hospitality.
