Hilton Garden Inn Singapore Serangoon

Nice hotel located in the heart of Little India. Close to restaurants and local convenient stores. MRT is about a 10 minute walk. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Buffet breakfast with a lot of choices. Also a gym located on the ground floor.

Location is the plus. Rooms were small for the money. No bathtub too. But nice and convenient, modern. No hassles in getting hot water / cold water. Shower was great. They have placed Peter thomas Roth shampoo and conditioner which I loved too. Breakfast was decent. Stayed for a week. Room could have been more spacious, it felt very small, yet served my purpose as I went as a solo traveler. Edit: Some tower building supposedly got bigger rooms I guess, wish I was alloted that. Right at the heart of little India, walkable distance from many Indian eateries, mustafa, temple and easily connects to the other places via taxi. ❤ Singapore.

Great hotel. Would stay again. There are 2 buildings. One is close to the temple and would be noisy. We stayed in the tower away from the temple. It was nice barring noise from construction.
Service was good. Staff was friendly and attentive.
Room was nice with good A/C.
Like some European hotels, they only put half a glass barrier for the shower. It splashes water on to the bathroom floor. It's a weird concept (probably cost saving, but they like to call it 'modern'. Ha!
It's located in an area called "Little India". V busy area, with lots of North and South Indian food options. Approx 5 mins walk to downtown MRT train line (commuter).

Unassumingly located right in the middle of little India, this place is easy to miss among the ritzier hotels in Singapore. The little India MRT is about 1 km away walking from here which makes it really convinient if you want to visit the touristy South Singapore destinations on blue and purple lines. This location is better suited for Indians because of the dominant population in the area as the name suggests anyway and the availability of Indian food if you wish to have it during your stay. But be aware it gets unexpectedly chaotic and mildy annoying on Sundays in Little India.

The rooms are small but the amenities and services are adequate. The breakfast spread is nice too.

To sum it up - it's a Hilton at an honest to goodness price, like an island of serenity smack dab in the center of Little India's chaos. Will come and stay here again if I'm vacationing in Singapore ever again.

This was our first time in Singapore, and we were unsure where to stay. From clean & comfortable rooms to friendly & polite staff, we were pleasantly surprised & happy to have selected this hotel.

We (adult couple in our mid 50s) like exploring cities on foot & by public transit while on vacations. The Hilton Garden Inn is located within 5 min walk to Little India MRT station (good link to Marina Bay, Chinatown & Harbourfront for Sentosa) & under 10 min walk to Johor Bahru MRT station (for getting from/to the airport.

This hotel has all the amenities you'd expect from a Hilton brand, and that's all positive.

We loved exploring Singapore, and look forward to returning soon. We definitely know where to stay on our next Singapore visit...

Room consider big and clean. Good view of the City. Easy accessible by Little India MRT. Walking distance to the little India and Tekka Centre. Friendly Front Staff.

central area - but a short walk from mrt! rooms are clean and big, even the basic ones. stayed in the tower building and got a glimpse of mbs & new year fireworks!

⚠ if you’re driving, they have free carpark but quite manual as you’ll have to call the front desk for them to inform security, and they’ll come to manually open the gantry barrier.

Close to all things to do in Singapore. Only 20 to 30 minutes from Changi International Airport. 2 to 3 minutes walk from the MRT underground train. Surrounded by a town called Little India - a real hidden gem for shopping and food- a small version of actual India. Very unique.

Good Rooms, great Breakfast, Convenient location for Serangoon road shopping, 5mins from the popular Mustapha Centre, lots of affordable eating joints around, offering different asian foods. Extremely polite an helpful staff.

Nice place and in prime location in Little India.. very close to Mustafa center too with all temples surrounded by. Food was also good.

Staying at this hotel was a truly comfortable and enjoyable experience. The room was cozy and inviting, making me feel right at home. The breakfast served was delicious with a great selection of fresh options to choose from. However, what stood out the most was the amazing staff who were incredibly welcoming and friendly throughout my entire stay. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

Nice location! Enjoyed breakfast and swimming pool. Had a nice time here. Soundproofing is a bit bad, could hear the neighbours. Printing is for free and convenient :)

Great hotel! Can’t fault it, staff were so lovely and helpful with anything we needed. Pool area is well kept and peaceful, with some amazing views. The breakfast was 10/10 and right by the pool. Easy access to MRT 8 min walk. Room was clean and comfortable. Would really love to stay again.

Rooms are quite small but it's located strategically in Serangoon road. Breakfast is ok but I believe the indian menu can be improved, rather than having paratha everyday. Also, do change Asian menu daily as well, rather than servicing fried rice and nasi lemak, I believe you guys can alternate with fried noodles etc

Very helpful & cooperative staff. Neat & clean rooms/ hotel. Avoid the temple facing rooms if you are not an early bird, impossible to sleep after 5:30 AM with the musical equipment going off all at once for the daily prayers.

Wonderful hotel in Little India neighborhood of Singapore. Room was clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was great as they cleaned my room twice a day. The breakfast buffet was the perfect start of the day! Walking distance to many restaurants, places of interest and MRT (subway).

Amazing hotel. Top 3 breakfast for me. The restaurant general is very, very good.
Sentral location. There are shopping centers. Restaurant 10 meters from entrance to hotel.
The view and the swimming pool are just amazing.
Supriseingly, the price is not too bad Singapore considered.
If you want a good base to stay for exploring, this is it. I like it when it is easy to bring food into a hotel and have half a day just relaxing in the room. Syperfast internet. But I recommend buying esim with free data. Just search Google and choose the one you like 👍

We really enjoyed our stay here. We had a lovely corner room with large windows so we could see over the street.
The hotel seems quite new. Bed is very comfortable and staff are friendly especially the lovely hardworking housekeeper.
We enjoyed breakfast which has a good variety of food.
Check in was busy as the hotel was fully booked.
We liked the location as it is a short walk to the MRT station and there are many restaurants and shops close by.

This was my first time staying at a Garden Inn property - and my bias was "this will be quite a budget hotel". Checkin process was smooth, and I was surprised to get an upgrade as a Diamond member (thought Garden Inn and Hampton don't do upgrades).

I was very pleasantly surprised that the room and amenities were nice! I had a great view of Little India.

The location is quite good, though it can be a bit overwhelming to stay in the area (as there's things happening 24/7 and it's very busy on the weekend).

The service was basic but better than expected.

Only negative is the washing machine facilities (at first I was super happy that the hotel would even have self servide laundry) but at $10 a pop for washer and dryer, the pricing is crazy. Luckily there's laundries nearby that are much cheaper.

All in all, a good experience, and I'm happy that both the cost efficient options of Hampton and Garden Inn by Hilton are both excellent quality for the price.
