A Beautiful cinema and location.Good place nice seating arrangements.
One thing I noticed that for automatic tickets system they should posted a procedure to help first timer to quickly get the tickets.
Seats are comfortable.
But in my Home country the cinema has recliner types seats.here I noticed in cinema 3 simple but comfortable seats. Dated 19 Dec 2023.
Tickets cost me Through my credit card 12.67 sing dollar while buying through online is 14 sing dollar.

This place never fails to make me feel happy and out of the world for the duration of a movie. Visited this place after many years to watch a popular movie and booked the tickets in advance. Highly recommended to book in advance to ensure to grab your favorite seat. The atmosphere is great and entry through the Vivo city makes you feel to shop and eat prior entering the cinema. Don't forget to enjoy their fresh popcorn set :) to spoil yourself. The place is clean but somehow had some damp smell in the hall which got better after the aircon was adjusted later. Some people come to cinema to talk and talk, which was the case for the two ladies behind us :) hehehe. Nothing to do with the cinema premises thought. The toilet was clean and maintained well. Overall great experience to watch a movie here and later enjoyed nice dinner and little shopping too. There is plenty of carpark lots available at the place.

The cinema has alot of theatres for the normal screening. There are also 3 Gold Class movie theatres. Entrance of Golden Village at level 2 and you will need to take the escalator to level 3 where the snacks bar and check in area are. Big space are at level 3 where they will showcase the latest movie figuring and merchandise, hence able to take photo with the latest movie figures.

If you park at lobby H and go up to the 3rd floor, you’ll come out right next to gold class which is really handy. Seats are comfy and my kids love the experience as always

The cinema has been kept clean.

There is a Gold Class section. Good to spoilt yourself once in a while to enjoy a movie in class!

The place is great, the movies played and the sound systems are great. My husband dropped our car keys in the movie theater, and we were so relieved that the staff kept it. Managed to go home, happy and well-kept.

My favourite cinema. Must go for the GV Max. Great seats, large leg space and good sound system. Can go for Gold class if u want first class service and dining.

The gold class cinema is good experience with complimentary of water, snack and blanket... You can book the voucher online $42-45

Recently watched a movie at GV Vivo city with my girlfriend. I always go and watch at GV Vivo city. Very nice place to watch movie. Can choose plenty of food at Vivo city after watching movie. If you plan to watch movie, I recommend GV at Vivo city…….. I like this place very much 😇😇😇

Great experience with very big screen and wide bed - seats. Ideal for watching action movies. During thé movie you can order food which you choose from thé menu. You can enjoy even a big dessert like waffle with ice cream of whatever you like ! Service is quick and very friendy.

The cinema is clean and many viewing times available. They have modern lobby with massage chairs and self service kioks. You can also buy movie tickets in advance.

Got GV Max with Dolby and big screen

I’m on a quest to find the best cinemas in Singapore to catch the latest blockbusters. This is one of my favourite locations because it has GVMAX.

GVMAX is the 2nd best place to watch movies (behind IMAX). This is especially so if the movie is screening in ATMOS. The sound is absolutely phenomenal in this hall. I watched Spider-Man No Way Home and the ATMOS really made a difference. ATMOS has expansive directional audio. So when the scene was helicopters flying overhead, the sound of the spinning helicopter blades was literally over my head. It felt extremely life like. The picture quality is also wonderful, it is bright and clear.

I believe GVMAX is one of the largest (if not the largest) cinema hall in Singapore, given its seating capacity. I love this hall as it also very spacious. There is ample leg room for you to stretch your legs during the movie. There is also no need to squeeze when trying to walk past other patrons as the leg room is really quite wide compared to many other theatres.

All in all, if you want a greater cinematic experience but do not wish to spend a lot of money on IMAX, GVMAX is also a great alternative. Please be sure to purchase tickets for ATMOS format if available, as it will really make a difference. Trust me, I have watched too many movies at different cinemas, much to the detriment of my wallet.

Nonetheless, the GVMAX (ATMOS) experience is truly worth every cent!

The theatre is clean, The staff is helpful and nice (They deserve a big bonus 👉🏻👈🏻). Crowd control is good. 👏👏

Very good place. Have a lot of orgin food. Very neet and clean.

The popcorn smell goes everywhere they should increase the extraction fan capabilities. But the theatres are in good shape. Disappointing that you HAVE to use a machine to buy tickets it seems or online.

Awesome movie theater..however the exit from hall 1 is full of descending staircases
