It was a wonderful experience. Rodalink’s staff were patient and accommodating with my requests. Showed me pros and cons of different bike models. And advised on my concerns too. The journey from looking, surveying, trying and finally owning a new bike was exciting.

Good customer service and assistance. Being a novice in mountain bikes, the staff patiently advised me on the pros and cons. They also waited for me to make a decision that they knocked off 15mins later of their 4pm half-day timing on Christmas day. Thank you very much.

Najib is awesome. He’s very passionate n patient in explaining the bike’s pros n cons. The other staffs are also helpful in assisting with the administrative side of the sale. Overall I had a wonderful experience at Rodalink

Great and helpful customer service! Got the rear child-seat for bicycle frame mounting system done. Was advised to go slow and kid helmet is needed, when child rides along.

Overall solid positive experience from Rodalink Jurong East and all its staff. Special mention to Vincent, Ray, their technicians and part-timers for their patience and time in answering all my questions and overall awesome service delivery.

Went to their store to purchase a Xtrada 5 (2022) and paid a small deposit fee, was informed to collect it 5 days later after assembly (date provided) which is very fast compared to other bike shops. On the date of collection i wanted to upgrade my wheels which their technicians were very skillful and helpful in being able to do so on the spot (greatly appreciated).

Overall a very wholesome experience as compared to other bike shops that I’ve visited. For those who have been in the sales / service delivery industry would understand the ‘variety’ of customers that store employees have to deal with. Therefore, have a little faith and treat others how you want to be treated.

Also, they do answer their hotline but its not expected for them to pick-up all the time due to the sheer number of calls that they receive everyday regarding small to big queries – so do have some patience on that.

To all the staff at Rodalink Jurong East, keep up the good work and I’ll definitely return as a customer in future 👍🏻

Service is excellent. Danne was knowledgeable and shared her knowledge on all the different type of bikes available in the shop. Fahan was friendly and he gave a good basic bike fit and gave tips, which is especially useful for a new rider like me. Nazareen was also helpful and assisted some of the bike accessories installations and adjustment.

Would recommend people to try!

Easy purchase with helpful staff. Rodalink is really a one stop shop that makes it super convenient to get everything we need. If there’s one thing I would recommend, it’ll be that it would be nice if we could try the bikes out for size by going on a longer ride outside.

Visited the store yesterday due to bicycle wheel was dislodged. Staff were friendly and assisted promptly. Even though i did not buy any item from them, their attitude were still friendly. Thumbs up! Will consider patronising their store in future.
