Treknology 3 Bikes Mega Showroom

Recently, I asked for overhaul service here. Very detailed and keen services provided such as taking pictures of parts needed to be replaced and also recommendation on how to maintain bikes from corrosion and more. Many thanks and shout out to Mark, the mechanic took a good care of my bike.

Kash has been super helpful from the start of my purchase, assisting in purchasing the correct accessories for both my children's trek bikes. She ensured the bikes were delivered with all the accessories purchased assembled accordingly. I am so happy with my purchase and sales services by Kash! Hats off the best sales person in Singapore! HARD TO FIND ONE THESE DAYS but Kash has proven me wrong! Thanks Kash! You're the best =)

Staff are super friendly and willing to serve. What stood out is that multiple staff offered help as soon as I walked in. Not in a forward sales way - but very genuine and professional.

They sell a range of bikes mainly Trek for both adults and children. Also various equipment such as helmets and nice lights, drink cages, locks etc . They also service bikes outside their brands which is how I found them. Found their prices reasonable compared to some shops that overcharge. Overall I would highly rate these guys for their excellent customer service and willingness to help, no matter your challenge.

Top class service - money well spent. My mountain bike needed some love, and end-to-end my experience with the Trek Mega Showroom was fantastic. Initially communicating via Email, they replied quickly, politely and with the information required. When i dropped my bike off the gentleman in the showroom greeted me warmly, and listened to my needs. During the service (done by Mark - particular thanks go to him) I was kept informed via WhatsApp about what they'd found, and what they recommended (along with cost) for my approval. Upon collection the bike looks good-as-new, and addresses the issues I had previously (hideously squeaky brakes...which the Siglap store failed to rectify). My thanks to all the team at the Trek Mega Showroom, a really friendly and professional outfit!

Very patient & professional staff! Front wheel was pretty damaged when I brought it to them, but they fixed it very quickly. Kept me updated about all their steps, especially when they needed to make alternative repairs. Gave frank but friendly advice about how to maintain my gear. Really appreciated their efforts!

John Chin was the sales guy for my bike and I must say, I'm very impressed with his professionalism and patience. Being a new bike owner, I had spent close to 2 hours in the showroom, asking him very simple questions about biking and being the expert that he is, he was patient and extremely calm in giving me the answers. This crossed his lunchtime period and normally, most sales folks would be impatient and brush you off with simple answers but not John. He explained clearly and gave me clear advice right down to every single part of the different bikes available. He listened attentively to my required needs of biking and recommended the best bikes to suit my budget. In most sales jobs, I reckon that the higher the amount you clinched, the higher your commission would be. However, this is not John's focus. For my sale, he focused on ensuring that I got what I needed and also made sure that he took care of all safety aspects for me. He isn't pushy, does not over recommend items that I don't need as an amateur biker and even arranged for a delivery of my bike, same day just hours later! I am extremely impressed with John and I would recommend any biker to specially look for John in your quest to purchase a new bike or accessories from this Treknology's main showroom. Ask John any question and he'd not just have an answer, but an answer from his genuine heart. Thank you John for introducing me into the world of biking from a great bike you recommended!

I’ve had a wonderful experience with Treknology recently. So there was a minor issue with a bike which I purchased and CHIRAN has been super helpful and efficient with processing the warranty claim. How? Well firstly he responds to all my emails (and I sent a lot) on a very timely basis. Secondly the warranty claim was relatively fuss free and I got above and beyond what I was entitled to. Well done Chiran for the excellent customer service.

Kudos also to the mechanic, MARK, who fixed up my bike in record time, did a through job in the servicing and parts replacement. I essentially gave Treknology a blank cheque to replace whatever they deemed fit and only the essentials were replaced.

So all in my thoughts are that bicycles are getting much better and also more expensive and competitive. What makes the difference then is after sales support which I’m glad to say these guys role model. Bikes pretty much sell themselves these days because of the quality and effects of social media but good after sales service is what creates trust and a long term relationship. Dan helped me mount my daughters seat and was incredibly knowledgable. He helped me understand the difference when riding with a child and I feel much more confident now after his advice.

Excellent staff, so friendly and kind hard to find more knowledgeable staff that are willing and flexible. Not to mention a massive selection of bikes. Really recommend dealing with these people

Just got my first trek bike ( fx 2) right before their closing time. The staff were very cordial and helpful. Helped me in understanding all the options and to narrow down the best fit for me. Would definitely recommend this showroom if planning to by a bike but wanna try it out first. The jalan kilang barat is a nice place to do a test ride too. Great showroom at a convenient place.

Friendly & efficient service. Brought my wheel in for sealant refill & valve change. In & out in 15-20 minutes.

We had just moved to Singapore when we found this place. There are a lot of bike stores and they vary in terms of the service that one can expect. After we browsed for awhile, Caleb helped us with our bike questions. He was the nicest and most knowledgeable customer service rep I could have imagined. He walked us through a bunch of options, both new and used, and guided us through a fitting and some test rides. We walked away without buying anything, but after trying a few more stores, we decided to come back. What an amazing place. They have a variety of bikes by Trek and if you have browsed the Trek lineup, you know they make excellent bikes. I ended up buying one on the second day, and I could not be happier with my choice. Great store, great experience, worth a visit.

Amazing service

I went in to upgrade my child seat and the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. They installed the seat onsite and I was in and out of there in 10mins.

The right cap just popped off on a normal ride on my SC Superlight. Need a new parts 11.4018.009.044 and they have immediate stock!!

The only authorised RockShox repair center. I went to a few LBS and they all recommended me to them.

Due to many repairs backlog, I was warned to wait 2-3weeks. But after 3 days only, I got a pleasant WhatsApp to come collect!!

Immediately try out at BT and my old Shox is like brand new!!!

All the staffs are friendly. If you want to view MTB, remember to take the lift up to L2.

Absolutely flabbergasted by this bike shop, they’ve so many Trek bikes, it’s a heaven there for cyclists! I arrived to meet JC to discuss some of the bikes and learn about Trek. JC was great, I mean seriously this guy goes the extra mile… He listened to my needs and then introduced me to the Trek family. Thanks for his incredible knowledge, I fell in love with the Madone. Kudos to JC for his patience. See you on the road mate!

A great place with tons of knowledgeable staff. I was riding a hybrid bike before switching to a road bike and that is when I suffered pain at the kneecap area and find that I am not using the muscles I used to use. After seeing JC, staff of trek, he solved my problems and shared with me a lot about my body that I never knew. The best was his advices given to me just before I headed for Tour DE Bintan. He shared with me what to prepare and how to handle the hilly ride. His advices has helped to avoid cramps and complete the ride within the time frame.

Without him i wouldn't be able to get my fuel ex. Mark also helped me to set up my bike suspensions sag and rebound and customised my HB and stem. He's a Great man with skills.

Very efficient customer service, with detailed and knowledgeable explaination to type of bicycle for your requirement. Good location to test ride on a road too. The price comes with the quality of the products. Happy with my purchase!

Been going to Treknology for the past 20 years or so already and back in those days bike shops were not the busy crowded places they are now (the pandemic has made bike shops really busier with everyone wanting bikes). It helps to know roughly what you need first when you go there now.
Quite happy that when I needed a fork steerer tube cut and the crown face transferred over from the old fork - it could be done in half an hour (go on a weekday).
When I was looking at the Aeolus wheel set, I was helped by the knowledgeable sales guy who explained about the tech behind the wheel and took it down to let me feel the weight and spin the hub.
And when I was looking for a kid’s bike, I didn’t expect to be served (it was a weekend) but even then someone would explain which kid’s bike was good for what ages.
