Initially having nestled in the heart of the restaurant, I found myself placed away from the scenic views outside. Despite this, the central location provided convenient accessibility to the impeccable service led by Giuseppe and his team. Their engaging demeanor and active participation in our conversation transformed the dining experience into a memorable and enjoyable affair, compensating for the absence of an external view. The attentiveness and warmth of the team truly made the overall atmosphere delightful, turning what could have been a minor setback into a positive aspect of the day.

Amazing experience! Every single dish was executed so flawlessly.. the intensity and the layering of the textures as well as the flavours. I took the vegetarian set while my partner took the regular set.. I cleaned out each dish to the last drop! Definitely will go back when the menu changes. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

Every dish was divine and designed to perfection. It was so flavorful and delicately presented.

And to top it off, we had the best service from our dedicated restaurant executive, Kim, who's so warm and welcoming while he explains every dish in detail with passion. Thank you so much, Kim, for making our dining experience extra special!

Everything was perfect in every possible way. They even have a shawl for women like myself who forgot to bring an extra layer.
Food was exquisite, well thought out, food temperate was perfect. Interior design is clean white which then gives way to food to shine. Their drinks menu was interesting and staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks Jaan for making our visit pleasant and memorable.

When people say nothing is perfect, bring them to Jaan. They'll find perfection in everything, from ambience to presentation and flavours. It's a perfect and beautiful execution of your fine dining experience. Every dish lives up to its characteristic of "modern British" food with a twist of uniqueness. My partner and I absolutely had a terrific experience at Jaan because everything was impeccable. Definitely going back again!

Dined at JAAN with a group of friends on 23/12. Chef Kirk drop by our table for a brief chat. Had an enjoyable evening. Food is great, presentation is awesome and the service was excellent. They are definitely worthy of the Michelin two stars accolade.

Jaan by Kirk Westaway is a culinary gem soaring high above the city on the 70th floor of Swissotel the Stamford. The meal was nothing short of spectacular, embodying the essence of a multiple Michelin Star restaurant.

The sweeping views complemented the impeccable service provided by a knowledgeable and welcoming staff. The quality of ingredients was evident in each creatively plated dish of the set daily menu. The dinner unfolded like an art show, with bite-sized servings meticulously explained, turning each course into a carefully crafted masterpiece.

Although undeniably expensive, the experience was elevated by a thoughtful touch from the chef—a dessert tree and an extra treat to celebrate our honeymoon. Our waiter, Kim, was a standout, offering not just excellent service but also friendly conversation and local suggestions.

Securing a last-minute reservation added an unexpected thrill to the intimate environment. With eye-popping decor and a limited seating arrangement, the restaurant provided a perfect backdrop for a memorable honeymoon experience. The chef's personal touch, sharing stories of culinary adventures in the United States, added an extra layer of charm.

In the end, the small bites from the multiple-item tasting menu left us pleasantly stuffed, thoroughly impressed, and fully satisfied with both the food and the overall experience. Jaan by Kirk Westaway is undeniably a 5-star journey for anyone seeking an exceptional culinary adventure in Singapore.

Had a delightful lunch here, which tasted divine even though I had had a full breakfast in the morning. One of my fave dishes was the sea bass which came in a savoury and flavourful sauce that I couldn’t get enough of. The desserts - lemon and chocolate - were also a big thumbs-up.

We were thoroughly impressed by Chef Kirk’s dish - Hen’s Egg. It was , by far, the most outstanding dish throughout the meal!Services accorded were impeccable. Every staff is warm, sincere and knowledgeable . They took turns to explain the intricacy of every dish, and made sure that the tastes satisfy to our demanding taste buds.Well done , Jaan! Authentic, warm service, feels like a family atmosphere. The explanations of the dishes and ingredients were clear for both food and wine. Excellent food, especially the soup with macadamia nuts, the bread (one of the best in a restaurant I’ve had) with abit of lemon thyme in the butter was quite perfect. Both the Executive and Head Chefs came out to chat with customers and I respect that the Head Chef is a local Singaporean! Kudos! The service staff also asked us about the speed of the food service, which is very rarely asked and made the service extra special. In terms of decor, the beautiful “tree” structure with the crystal leaves is refined and elegant and very artistic, though the overall restaurant looks a tad modern for my own personal taste. The glassware for the champagne is pretty and silverware cutlery as well adds an added dimension to the whole dining experience. Just wish the banquet seat could be less hard :) The Xmas decor is subtle and I especially like the mini live trees in corners and even in the toilets, very refreshing and a nice touch. Highly recommended for a special celebration!

Food, service and ambience was impeccable at night. I expected a lot going for the dinner service since I heard raving reviews about it, but what the team delivered at Jaan was way more than what I could imagine. I recently had the absolute pleasure of dining at JAAN By Kirk Westaway in Singapore, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience that exceeded all my expectations. My girlfriend and I had the most fabulous lunch! Everything was delightful. The food was extremely thought out, executed beautifully, and each course complemented the next. If i have the chance to go back again, I would absolutely do the wine pairing as well. I felt very happy to see Kirk greet his diners and was very honoured to get a special dessert, too. The staff were all so very attentive, and I left feeling like I was walking on cloud 9. Thank you all!

Only complaint is their sourdough bread — they switched it recently and it’s extremely tough. They offered a brioche in place but it was stale.

French two star michelin restuarant. Executive chef is from England and the ingredients are mostly imported.

Had lunch and we ordered the 5 course menu.

The food was great. We enjoyed the food served. However for the main course, my spouse did not enjoy the lamb gamey taste. This is a personal preference.
For those who dislike it, the chef mentioned diners can request to change the main dish.

It was great experience. The service was pretty good and we enjoyed our 3 hours + dining in Jaan.
Will we visit them again? Perhaps.....

This is our returning visit to Jaan and this time we celebrated our anniversary. Just like our previous visits, we enjoyed the experience here throughout our dinner with impeccable service, beautifully renovated new decor, new menu and lovely touch by the team to celebrate our big day.

We loved how the menu was curated with Kirk’s home town and culinary journey, especially the touch of lemon thyme herb on butter. I should probably give that a try at home. I don’t need to elaborate how good the food were, they are a two star for a reason.

Only one tiny comment on their cheese platter, we hope the portions were a little bit larger. Their cheese are something we can’t taste elsewhere. We also missed the opportunity to take a photo with Kirk when he wished us at our table, it went by too quickly.

Will definitely return again and hope to take a photo with Kirk.

Visited the newly renovated Jaan a few months back and was mightily impressed with not only the new and improved space, but also the way the food has been elevated. When my partner and I first visited Jaan we were blown away by the extraordinary take on British cuisine. However, after revisiting the restaurant following its refurbishment, we were awestruck at how Chef Kirk and his team managed to elevate the already stunning dishes even more. While the menu did not change much from our last visit (excepting changes in the dessert options, palette cleanser, as well as the addition of the sweet onion pie), the old dishes were elevated to greater heights. Scallop was substituted for obsiblue prawns on the sea bass course, which made for a smoother bite with the fish itself. A more generous portion was provided for the Guinea fowl, this time stuffed with sausage as well as the Guinea leg. Where previously the game meat was presented with a slightly underwhelming herb-crusted potato, Chef Kirk opted to pair it with an elegant truffle and artichoke pie this go around. The sweetness of the artichoke helped balance out the slight saltiness of the guinea meat. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable lunch date perfected by the excellent and graceful service provided by our server, Terry. We are looking forward to returning again and would highly recommend Jaan.
