Just when there today to do tooth scaling & polishing. Overall it when great and the dentist is friendly enough to explain to me the issue. I will come again for sure.

A skilled and friendly dentist - Dr. Mabel

Went to The Dental Hub at Gekpoh and was seen by Dr. Mabel. She was patient in answering my questions and demonstrated confidence and competency in assessing, cleaning and treating my teeth.

I felt assured by her craft and bought a teeth whitening package with her. Will definitely look for her again if I need help with my teeth.

Went for scaling and polishing as well as whitening. Dr Mabel was friendly and very professional. She took time to explain the pros and cons of the treatment options and I was assured that I was in good hands.

Contrary to the bad review a year ago, the customer service was good. The dentist and staff were professional. Minus 1 star as there were only 2 seats in the clinic, I had to stand outside to wait

If you missed your braces appointment. They won't call you
Nor sms you to reschedule. There's no empathy nor sympathy. Only they are always right. They can cancel your appointment but they don't even care about their patients feeling. I am still waiting for them to reschedule my appointment. My last time visiting the Dentist was 25 September 2023 and they cancelled my appointment on 23 Oct 2023 to 27 Nov 2023. Can you imagine 2 months without checking my braces condition and no adjustment? Is thisa normal practice? Or shall I make a complain to the authorities?

Doctor Keith Liew is very useless, always late for appointments, yet act like he's always right, and very rude to staff members. Completely cannot tolerate this type of behaviour. One time he was 30 minutes late for an appointment, yet still strolling in like nobody's business. Do not visit him for braces!

HORRIBLE!

My 2nd bad experience.

1) came for scaling&polishing, a lady doctor told me that i needed to do xray for no valid reason and i agree to it cause i was quite young and didn’t know a thing. They did the xray for 2/3 time cause cannot see clearly and i have to bare the cost, i only got to know when I paid the bills. They didnt even explain anything after xray or explain that i have to pay for all 2/3 xrays including the failed one. Okay i let it go.

2) called a few days to book an appointment initially for 2 person but me and my mum’s appt were separated because i wanted to do scaling,polishing,filling they gave my mum an appt at 830pm and mine on a different date because our case is time consuming, which is understandable.

So I came around 810pm they started my mum early, as usual the guy doctor said my mum need to do an xray, i told him usually xray is for people who wants to do dentures or braces.(a way to make money for them, they will not ask but they tell u to take it, dont fall for it, i fell for it twice before) after i said that he stop the xray topic. So he showed me my mum have a big decayed tooth which is half gone, 2 holes on the right side, and afew cracks on afew other tooths.

He said “okay i just do one hole” im confused i came for all 3 service why only do one hole? .. so i tell him i want to fill up all , then he was hesitant to take my request, which he shouldn’t cause i already inform the counter staff over the phone about what i wanted hence they scheduled us on a different date.

The way he do it was rushing as he got one more patient waiting. Mind you we started before my appt time. So he is done less then 20 mins. I told him “wah so fast last time when im here one tooth takes quite long to finish” his response was “i’m very fast one”
Then i ask him about the cracks he said he got no time to do it. SERIOUSLY?! (But thank god I didn’t do it) he is rushing everything, he even rush the assistant and gets annoyed when she didnt get it done faster. Terrible way to treat a staff what more patients.

Do not fall for their trap to get an xray done just for cleaning/filling unless you are doing braces or dentures. Terrible service! Would never tell my family to go to this clinic again! We would rather travel far for another outlet at jurong point etc.

I use to love it here cause there is a kind male doctor who is patience with my mum, did a proper job , kind to his assistant, we had a good experience until today. We would never come back. What a Bully!

Oh please double check your bill cause they mentioned my mum did an xray when she did not, (told you its a scam, expecting everyone to do xrays, lol) lucky i was there , our elderly can easily get scam unknowingly.

My whole family adopted Dr.Mabel as our dentist about 2 years. Very professional, confident and gentle. Explained her procedures well before rendering treatment. Stellar dentist!!! Unfortunately , she has left since and was seen by another dentist recently. There was no explanation as to why an x-ray was warranted when I only requested for a routine cleaning. The details of the x-ray was not discussed when questioned. Interestingly, the prep pre and post-cleaning procedures for hygiene was not performed. The cleaning procedure was done so quickly that I knew that it was not cleaned properly. I also felt that my tooth was chipped during the cleaning procedure and only realized it when I got home. I called the office immediately to report my concern. He told me to return to get it cleaned again and check out the chipped tooth. Now the dentist claimed that the chip was due to a tartar he removed but declined to show me the x-ray he took earlier to determine if the chip was there prior to the cleaning. I am concerned about this dentist, his procedures, professionalism and mannerism. I am sorry to provide this review but it needed the attention.

Same bad experience happened to me andy daughter today. My daughter was asked to do X-ray. I asked the nurse what's the purpose of taking X-ray, my daughter was there for teeth cleaning only. She explained that the X-ray will help to see any tooth decayed. Then, with the blue Chas card, we were charged SGD 110/-
Our actual bill before subsidy is SGD 126/- + SGD 137/- =SGD263/-
It is just a small and very old clinic with a damaged stool!
Anyone experienced the same?

Poor service given by the doctor. My mum went to the doctor to get a new set of dentures done. I couldn't accompany her to the clinic, but my mum could speak fairly good English so she went by herself. Doctor kept saying that he does not understand what mum was saying and despite translation (which I seriously doubt was required) given by the nurse at the counter. My mom called me back, almost in tears. I don't wish upon the same thing to any other elderly patients. Do not visit this clinic.

1. On 22 Feb 2017, prior my visit to the clinic, I've made an attempt to call the clinic for over 10 times between 6pm - 7.15pm but to no avail.

2. Around 8pm, I decided to walk over which is just about 15 minutes away from home.

3. Upon reaching, I asked for doctor at the counter, but was told the doctor left early due to no patient at the clinic.

4. So, I explained to her that I have made several to call but no one is answering except diverted to fax machine. I also demonstrated by making a call in her presence, it is confirmed that there was no ring tones at all.

5. In any case, I inform her that I need doctor to remove my molar teeth due to my gum continue to swell badly.

6. Despite the closing time is at 9pm, I am told that the doctor is not coming back but the clinic remained open for making an appointment only.

7. I wonder if this a medical professional conduct for being absent while on duty which is supposed to be until 9pm?

In my personal verdict, if they are unable to uphold a basic medical professional conduct instead of being absent from duty, how can I trust their professionalism in their responsibility to their patient in times when they are needed urgently.

Was introduced by a friend to visit this dental as she says it’s not crowded and always able to take immediate appointment. (Me being in too much pain did not even care about why nobody visits this dental)

However, Dentist not professional at all! Did not give any medications even after me telling him that I was having a bad pain. Isn’t it a norm to provide antibiotics and paracetamol if your dental is unable to provide me the sugery i need?

Had to head to another dental on the same day (due to bad pain *had to wait hours because they’re fully booked but tried to squeeze me in because of my condition) and even the dentist asked me if this dental is legal and has the apporiate lisense.

I highly do not recommand this dental. The worst experience ever.

Warning: Please DO NOT go to this clinic. Very small and the doctor is completely unexperienced. Cant even speak English properly. Paid $100 dollars for him to deny any sort of medical treatment. He basically said he is not qualified to Extract a tooth. He claimed it was TOO complicated and have to go to hospital but another clinic could do it. No other patients in the clinic but there are 4 nurses. They r just ripping ppl off $100 to do NOTHING! PLS GO TO A MORE QUALIFIED CLINIC.
