Dr Jusrina Han helped me do my annual check up (polishing/scaling/2 fillings/topical fluoride application). She was extremely professional, quick and competent.

I was guided through the whole treatment and she shared what she was doing step by step throughout the process which made me feel comforted and safe. Her attention to detail was evident as well - she even asked me to "run my tongue over the fillings to make sure they were smooth and too my satisfaction". Best of all, I felt almost no sensitivity throughout and she would prep me mentally if she suspected there would be upcoming sensitive areas she would be working on. She even gave me pointers towards my post-treatment care to ensure my teeth remained healthy as I had been brushing my teeth too hard.

I will definitely be visiting again for my next checkup - kudos to Dr Han and the team for creating a great customer experience!!

Extremely pleased with my painless wisdom tooth extraction experience by Dr. Julius Tong! Dr. Tong is very attentive and patient, he would repeatedly check up on whether I was facing any discomfort during the procedure and inform me in advance before treating on a more sensitive area. Dr. Tong and Ms Ellen also demonstrated excellent teamwork which made the entire procedure incredibly swift and pleasant. Kudos to the both of them!

Wanna say thanks to Dr Tai. She will explain all the processes that she will be doing so i know what to expect. very gentle and patient dentist. very comfortable with her service. Had an appointment with Dr Jusrina Han today and I was impressed with her skills! I did not feel much sensitivity or pain the whole time and she was very meticulous. Dr Jusrina also carefully assessed my condition and updated me from time to time about what she was doing. Definitely one of the best and most comfortable dental experience! Thank so much! In my many years of experience with scaling and polishing, I’ve never felt as comfortable as my visit today in the hands of Dr Jusrina Han. She’s so gentle yet very thorough. I was waiting for the part where it’s going to hurt but never once was I in any pain. It was so smooth that the treatment felt so quick. Such a polite and sweet dentist as well.

Had my first cleaning at this clinic with Ms Emeliana. Super gentle, friendly and patiently explained how I can improve my teeth flossing. She is also super thorough in her cleaning and keeps checking on my comfort level. Would choose her again for my next cleaning!

I met my dentist promptly, on time as planned. It was a weekday 3:30pm appointment. She was very meticulous and patient in her sharing, helping me to gain a clear understanding of the situation and problem. The use of photography of the teeth was also very helpful in illustrating her point. Thank you!

I came here for Invisialign treatment after a bad experience from other clinic. After researching and decided to go with iDental, I was very impressed by the professionalism and advanced technology that the clinic has offered. I was able view my 3D scan of my tooth and Dr Cheng was very patient, humorous to guide you through the process and interest of patient well-being, unlike other clinic who talks about money first. I was grateful to Dr Cheng who quoted a very reasonable price for my complex treatment. Assisted by Dental Hygienist, Ms. Tan was extremely friendly and helpful in explaining the process of Invisialign, making sure you follow the procedure correctly and is patient in answering your question.

Before collecting my invisialign today (as my first day), I also went for wisdom tooth extraction with Dr Tyler and normal tooth extract/scaling and polishing by Dr Matthew. Dr Tyler was very gentle and friendly in ensuring you feel comfortable, always checking you are painless before proceed. Dr Matthew, on the hand, could be rough in injecting anesthetic, cleaning sometimes, I feel like the entire process was quite rushed. Overall I hope the service from Dr Mathew could be better.

In general, I am quite happy with iDental and did not regret choosing. Am now Day 1 of my treatment and very excited. Will definitely recommend iDental to my colleagues, friends and relatives.

I used to have cavities each time I visited my previous dentist. After making the switch to IDental Capital Tower, my dental health improved signficantly and no longer faced similar dental issues. All thanks to the patient and caring doctors and staff at Idental!

After my disappointing appointment with Dr dian samijono (??) @the yishun branch.
I emailed my queries which I shouldve been able to cover over in-person at my appointment.
Angie of Idental was able to answer all my questions clearly, so i made the decision to book a procedure with idental, specifically asking for a change in location and doctor.

I was very happy to be assigned to Dr Pua Hong Ping @Capital tower branch.

He was patient, answered all the concerns I raised, advised against what i wanted when he thought it wasnt necessary/would cause unwanted aftereffects and gave me time to think over and consider.
When I wasnt satisfied with the results after the first procedure, he was still patient and kind during our second appointment, listened and tried seeing from my pov and did the procedure a second time.

The receptionist team at Capital Tower were alm very pleasant and welcoming despite the bustling peak period.

Till now im very happy with the results!

Ms Leong is an amazing dental hygienist and made a scary experience a very pleasant one. I had my scaling and polishing done here for the second time, after an awesome experience with Dr Elstan Lim for my wisdom teeth surgery.

The price is surprisingly more affordable than the dental clinics in the heartlands, and so I’m sure to come back every 6 months here

I did scaling and polishing here & had a really good experience with Dr Jusrina Han! My teeth are usually pretty sensitive but I didn't have any discomfort during the procedure. She was very gentle and thorough :)

Good experience since I started seeing Dr Leong. The clinic sends me a reminder when it’s 6 mths and the process to make an appt is easy. No waiting time on actual day. Was an extremely smooth process throughout

It was my first time at idental and overall it was a really great experience. Was attended by Ms Emy. She was very patient and meticulous! Not to mention, the front desk staff was very approachable as well.

Recently I completed Invisalign treatment by Dr Tong. During the process (abt 1 year 8 months), I often faced situation where I’m not sure if my teeth movement is okay or not and I required further advice. Even without visiting for consultation, Dr Tong always replied to my inquiries in timely manner despite the many number of inquiries I had (and Ms.David helped a lot in those communication too). During each consultation, he always took effort to explain any unclarities or concerns I have until I can be 100% sure, so I could continue with the treatment without worry. I’m currently going through settling period with retainer, but I’m quite satisfied with overall result.

Had my Invisalign treatment done here previously by Dr Cheng and it was really fast and effective (1 year plus?) and have been confident of my smile from then. He was always very friendly and explained things clearly and if rectification need to be done it was recommended quickly and promptly.

Have also been coming back half yearly/yearly for scaling and polishing and always look for Ms Leong as she’s very patient and gentle and I always come out of the session with fresh clean teeth.

Would also like to commend Dr Jonathan Ng. Went last night to consult on my sensitive tooth and he quickly diagnosed and recommended actions to be taken and explained clearly everything that I needed to look out for and things to do (or not).

Recommended Idental to my wife and she has recently just come here for her dental needs. Definitely recommended
