The doctor is so professional,patient and gentle,excellent job for tooth extraction,ambience neat and clean.Also I felt a little guilty being the one caused other patience’s waiting,assistant here tried here very best to utilize any available time to serve patience,still medical environment is not predictable,keep your appointment window +_1 hr is very reasonable,showing baby attitude when have to wait a bit is not the resolution,being a kind and considerate patient make yourself and other better time.

I found this clinic because it's nearby my workplace. And it turned out to be a really good one!

This was my first time going back to the dentist after many years. The dentist (Dr Ting) didn't make me feel bad for skipping my previous visits, but instead did a thorough cleaning and took some snapshots of my teeth to explain the situation and gave her advice on how to fix it. So I came back a few weeks later and had fillings done and now I'm very happy with the state of my teeth!

I also had my wisdom teeth surgery and extraction done here by Dr Raymond Lim. The surgery was a success and the whole process went much smoother and painless than I had initially imagined.

Overall, I've found the doctors as well as the rest of the dental staff to be very pleasant and friendly.

Despite the long wait times as others have mentioned, I would still recommend and give 5 stars for the excellent dental work and service. It's well worth the wait.

Locum Dentist on Thursday was very attentive to my needs. In terms of skills her scaling and polishing was professional. She has also highlighted to me the effects of Night Grinding and even photographs of my damaged teeth (having hairline cracks). Sales was not pushy and that led me to make a decision to do it on the spot.

Service was amazing, it was the first time I was put on a pair of headphones (tv on the ceiling) while the scaling and polishing was processing.

For those who are angered by delayed appointments do kindly understand Dentists/MedicalProf themselves can't control how long a session is for patient when they require additional treatment. Do give them a call prior to coming down just in case there might be a delay if the patients in front of you are doing slightly lengthier treatments.

The cost is very very reasonable, not hard selling, no GST / Consultation Charge.

The cons? To me at that price point its reasonable, location is superb and I got a slot 1 day after my call. I really can't fault anything else. Perhaps more seating area will be comfortable. Will return again.

Did my wisdom tooth (all 4 at the same time) surgery with Dr. Lim. I'm a coward, but grateful having him as the dentist. Even though need to wait for quite some time (few hrs) for the surgery due to long queue, but glad everything was (almost) painless. Not much swelling the day after, so glad! 😁

Been to other dental clinics and B9 Dental offers the best dental experience so far. Dr. Raymond Lim is very friendly, experienced and professional, and I feel safe leaving my teeth under his care. The staff are also knowledgeable and warm. Treatments at B9 Dental are affordable and I would highly recommend B9 Dental to others. Great service with affordable price. Mr Raymond Lim shared a lot to ensure that I understand my condition fully. Great facilities and the dental assistant called and informed me beforehand that the dentist was late.

for just 80$ they fixed my problem with no pain

Waited 1h 20 min later than my appointment time. Saw Dr. Lim. He was very kind and quickly and efficiently checked and cleaned my teeth. He really put me at ease as I'm quite nervous about dentists. Thank you!

I have my 2nd appointment on Thursday 2pm afternoon, but my appointment was reschedule without notify me, I only realize when i reach the clinic. Then they ask me to come back later 7pm evening because currently there's no slot for me, so i have to go home and went back to the clinic at 7pm, but i waited an hour for my turn to go in.

The dentist who did the procedure is good, i feel comfortable and no pain during the procedure. the only thing need to improve (a lot) is the appointment arrangement and time management.

The dentist was confident and composed. This made me feel reassured and at ease. However, the good work of the dentist was undone by the assistant who was nervous and often, made me feel ill at ease.

Also, I thought the clinic was closed because there was no one manning the counter. There was also a long wait. Processes and service could be improved.

Summary: Good dentist, borderline poor service and waiting times.

The dentist was friendly, professional and preempt me before scaling my teeth. The reason I gave two stars was because of their time management. I made an appointment and reached there on time. Yet, I have to wait for more than 1 hours. The assistant should and could have asked me to come back later but she didn’t. I wouldn’t be mad if she did that.
Significant delays seem to be the common theme every time I visit B9 dental clinics. This is a management issue. Their management should make more effort in managing their appointments.

I maybe newbie and don’t know how it works so this review maybe biased. But you have to know that this clinic only opens at WED and SATURDAY. I came on tuesday with swollen cheek. it opens, it always opens as google stated it. But the receptionist said it’s closed. Meh? She said the doctor only come on wed & saturday. And i couldn’t make an appointment for wed, she said the doctor would only want scaling and polishing. And she said it opens because it’s in a mall so it’s obligatory for her to come. She wasn’t pleasant. I have a severe tootache with swollen cheeks and glands. so i couldn’t wait to saturday laa. So mind your timing when u wanna come. Hope you might get better experience than me.

I waited for more than an hour for session. My appointment was supposedly at 7pm, but another patient had an extraction so the Dentist will take longer than expected (which is fine). However, there was no call to notify me that my appointment will be delayed.

To add to everything, I was halfway home, and I got a call from the clinic saying that I have to come back to the clinic because they forgot to process the payment.

The procedure was good. But the experience and service was so bad.

Disregard all the other positive reviews - this is the only review you need to read.

This is what you'll definitely experience with them:
1. They don't know what they're doing
2. They still don't after 4 appointments
3. Yet they'll always find ways to charge you that don't solve your problem
4. They set an appointment with you but then closed on that day without informing you (you only realized that when you got there)
5. Complete disregard and disrespect of your time - wait 1 hour...2 hours...they don't care just sit and wait ok?!

Unforgivable.

Find it too money minded. I just went for simple cleaning and they charge me much more saying 2 filling on same teeth. Not fair not sure if I can get refund somehow. spent 220 sgd for something which is just done in 80 sgd If they are fair and read this review they should return my money. not at all ethical to do like that.

As mentioned by others, the time management problem is huge issue at B9 (Tanjong Pargar ). No manning the counter. No clear communication and admin staff let people jump the queue.
I didn’t meet the doctor so no comments on the dentist.

I should have trusted the review for the long waiting time. Booked the first slot to avoid waiting, waited for more than half an hour. Still not ready to start.
