The dentist is very gentle. He explained what he would be doing very clearly and professionally.
I have visited many dentists before, and he is the most efficient.
Highly recommended if you do not want to spend a lot of time at a clinic.
I had done scaling, cleaning, and filling at this dentist a number of times.

The dentist is very professional and friendly, able to explain to me the procedure that he would do for me.
The staff are friendly too.

Is the best dentist that i ever went to!! Everything beyond expectations.

The doctor mr nick are very nice, helping and humble. And the service are very helpful and friendly.☺

Had booked an appointment in advance and there was a walk in customer. Instead of trying to get the other customer to come at another time, the clinic took in the customer despite it is about to close. The dentist hence rush through the entire procedure and the whole cleaning, polishing, and filling of a tooth took only 20 mins and the charge was $190. It’s so unprofessional.

My family and I alway visited the clinic when we have toothache or normal cleaning. But recently the service went from good to bad. The receptionist talk like very impatient. Dentist also didn't explain the issue clearly. Jus a normal cleaning and 2 filling cos me $240. My wife had cleaning and 3 filing and it cost around $340. Plus I feel that they are not kids friendly. My daughter is a little cranky when she saw the dentist and the dentist can told my girl that if you going to cry, I am not going to do it for you. He even said in front of my wife and kid that my girl behave isn't normal. Other kids don't behavior like that.

I understand maybe not all dentist love kids but I think the approach can be better afterall this is part of the service.

Maybe they are too famous to care about normal civillian like us. Definitely not going back again unless this is the only clinic left in Singapore.

As a caregiver, I brought my parents to this clinic pre covid days. Their professionalism back then prompted us to visit them on the 7 th of Feb 2022, when my mother was having a toothache.

Things have changed ever since and we are sure not to visit this clinic again after the unprofessional conduct by the dentist ,David Hee and his team.

I have since, lodged a report/complaint to SDC (Singapore Dental Council) and they are looking into my report.

We discontinued the consultation with David Hee and left The Dental Hub the moment he crossed the boundaries.

Do not recommend to go there unless you want to waste money.

I had very saviour toothache. I called dental and confirmed that they take small x-ray($20)from receptionist.Then I went there. When I asked to take small x-ray,Dentist said no small x-rays and panorama x-ray($80) in full mouth is only available.which was a big lie.Since I was not able to bear with pain I decided to go with full mouth x-ray.Dentist observed and said seems nothing wrong but you have sensitive teeth and he tried to fill up.But x-ray is not clear for that particular area since it focused for full mouth. I requested ti take small x ray again for that area.He said need pay for it again. Dentist misconducted me.I never heard sensitive teeth filling at once without observing by applying sensitive tooth paste.So I refused and leave since I do not want to damage my teeth via unnecessary tooth filling.
Simply dentist want to earn money without giving proper consultation.very bad at consultation with money minded mind set .
I complaint to dental hub. They did not respond to it.
Later I met an good dentist at green life clinic and my problem get resolved .

Seems the reviews were true. The cleanliness of the place is very bad in lieu of Covid-19 as my family member got covid after consultation there. Not recommended. Doubt doctor even bothers to do better over the years of bad reviews from time to time from customers.

my child knocked her tooth, dental assistant said they may be able to see if rushed down in time, but the Dentist nonchantly cant be bothered and turned us away, never stepping foot into this clinic again!

Receptionist wasn’t helpful in explaining and hung up my call. She did not bother to call back and I had to make my way down to clinic to clarify. Very very rude receptionist.

Was having a tooth infection pain and went down for treatment...was just given some medication(which i can buy at any pharmacy) instead of treatment to the root of my toothache..dissapointed at their professionalism
