Visited Japan food fair.
Sapporo ramen give sample, after tasting the sample I bought the ramen. Omg it's very good.

Ordered the croquette but not so yummy.

Dorayaki haven tried but the glancing is very tempting. Keeping it for breakfast.

Strawberry milk shake is 3/4 strawberry topped with Jon whipped cream.

Came here for Galaoele Pokemon machines. Otherwise a nice place. Recently made efforts to update their offerings.

This place is my wife favorite to go shopping and recently at L2 renovated it became a semi cafe, cosmetic and foods and my favorite go to Fruit Cafe TOKIO. Their juice is really fresh. You must try.

Came across the Sealy roadshow at the Nex atrium. Was first greeted by Irene who was very nice. Even though we initially had no intention to buy a mattress, Irene was very patient in explaining each mattress to us. We liked it so much that we ended up placing a deposit for it. Kudos to Irene for such passionate service.

On a separate day, we came down to Nex to make the full payment on our mattress. We were assisted by Alan who was extremely patient with us. There was some changes to be made to the payment due to some changes, and even though we took really long to understand the payment, Alan patiently assisted us all the way. We took more than half an hour to settle everything and through it all, Alan assisted us and ensured everything was smooth. We really thank Alan for his pleasant service despite us taking up so much of his time.

This was truly a very enjoyable buying experience for us.

Labelled as a product defect and sold at $9.90. Other than the leaves looking a little frayed, the taste was similar to the full price items, might be slightly less crunchy if I had to point any difference out

Feel grateful to meet kitchen department staffs, they so kind and friendly to share product information and on going promotion. End up, I brought this wok called Happy Call. Happy purchase experience 😊

Great place to buy all sorts of things. Including gift items, clothes, shoes and other home equipment.

Before covid, there 's an annual Hokkaido food fair at Tampines Mall. We really miss the custard and red bean manju, scallops snack, sesame ice cream and the sotong rice. 😭😭😭 spent 1hr only managed to buy the takoyaki and the kumamon obanyaki at the nex isetan Momiji Matsuri food fair yesterday... please held the annual Hokkaido food fair at Tampines Mall again! 🥲🥲🥲 24 pcs taiyaki pancakes for$12. Went back second time finally managed to get the pumpkin croquette. 😍😍😍 🌈🐟🧇 caramel, matcha, strawberry, red bean, chocolate and custard taiyaki so colourful... didnt buy plain and cream cheese flavours...🤣🤣🤣

Not the biggest of Isetan outlets, but there are still enough of various apparels, accessories etc to shop for.

Got $60 voucher and bought the lightest Japan-made umbrella. MUST BUY because it weights about 100-200grams only, unlike normal umbrella which weighs about 500grams or more. The Japanese floral design is now promo price at $59 instead of $79. Worth buying. From cosmetics to handbags and clothes as well as household items. GOOD SHOPPING PLACE WITH REBATES.

a great place to shop for a lot of things. they have a lot of things that you can buy from cosmetics to bags, clothing head to toe, toys for all kinds of kids, pots and pans and more. you have to be there to feel the environment.

The revamp is certainly a bonus to Nex shoppers. Certainly they carry more ladies brands now. However I feel more can be done on clothing choice for 30-40 year old working women.

3 floors of shopping.

Superb chain store selling quality at affordable prices. It's always worth asking the assistants if they can give a discount.

The japanese department store never fails to satisfy the customers. Sales people are abundant and helpful. Spread over couple of floors, shopping is convenient.

It is Isetan, the renown departmental store. It occupies 3 levels in NEX shopping complex.

The last few remaining stores to house all sorts of merchandise under their brand.

1st level - purfumes, cosmetics, bags and shoes. Occasional promotional items can be purchase at this level. Currently, they are having a promotion of Japanese Premium grapes as big as a quail egg and may be bigger. Also, Japanese sweet tangerine.

2nd level - women and men apparel. Look out for sales going on there. Some can be very good buy.

3rd level - children and household products. There are also a lot of good bargains at this level.
If you love Japanese brand white goods, this is the place for you as well.
