Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa

We had an enjoyable stay at the resort. The surroundings are quiet and peaceful.
All the staff were friendly and attentive making our stay more pleasant. We enjoyed using the swimming pool during our downtime. Our room was spacious and well equipped with all the necessary amenities. It’s very clean and well decorated.
Buffet breakfast offered a variety of options and the quality was excellent. By

A beautiful place in an ideal location. The hotel has a beautiful view overlooking the surrounding area. And extremely close and easy access to the beach. The place is green and luscious whilst being peaceful and quiet.
Our room was not large but very clean and tidy. Of note the mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable.
A very big thank you to Sherilyn from reception and the restaurant staff where we had our breakfasts and dinners for all their help and cheerful smiles. You made the start of our days that much better with all of your smiles :).

I like the quiet environment and very relaxing. Good for vacation or staycation. The nearest beach needs to walk down stairs. It is not easy for elderly. Shuttle bus service is nice and punctual.

hotel was clean, staff were professional and helpful. It was very entertaining to see peacocks roaming around, made the day for my kids.
There were 2 areas that could be improved. Firstly, the kids club was not manned and not as fun as expected from my kids. Secondly, I missed the fresh juice counter that used to be present for breakfast buffet, please bring it back.

Our stay at the Sofitel Sentosa Resort was quite perfect really - location, the grounds were beautiful, the rooms meticulous. However, 2 flaws stood out:

First, check in was delayed by nearly 2 hours. We waited from the stipulated check-in time of 3pm, until almost 5pm before our rooms (2 x Prestige Suites) were finally ready. I know the hotel was extremely shorthanded and perhaps overwhelmed that day - being the first day of Chinese New Year, but an acknowledgement or quick apology would have been appreciated. There was no form of damage control, sadly.

Second flaw which could have easily been avoided: being Accor members and, I suppose being in the Suite, we received a plate of fruit. This gesture in itself was very nice. But my daughter had taken 2-3 bites of the apple before discovering the insides were rotten. I can furnish photos if you require.

Otherwise, all other aspects of our stay were beautiful, and our needs were met and well taken care of. The pool, the proximity to the beaches, were all good. It is likely that we shall return to this wonderful resort hotel.

My room is big and makes me feel very comfortable. I especially like the coffee area and the toilet, where essential items are provided. The sofa is so comfy that I almost fell asleep while watching TV. Service is fantastic; they helped clean my room, offered me water bottles, rang me a courtesy call… very peaceful staying there for a night.

Stayed here for 3 nights with my family as they were visiting from overseas. A really beautiful and tranquil hotel, especially loved the garden area!

The entire staff was super polite and welcoming. Breakfast is superb with a variety of options. Rooms are neat and tidy, the high ceilings make them feel extra spacious!

The bus shuttle service offers convenient transport to and fro VivoCity. The pool area is also nice, a bit unlucky with the rainy weather but we still enjoyed some relaxing moments by the pool.

The also offer a "fish spa", i.e. tiny fish nibbling on your feet, didn't try it though, as I've heard of horror stories involving severe bacterial infections resulting from this.😅

The gym is relatively decent too, and plus points for being open 24h, as I do love my late night workouts!

Can warmly recommend this hotel if you're planning to stay in Sentosa!

Food was good.
Chocolatier was still on the hotel map even though it's defunct - I found out when I had craving and wanted to visit. Good to remove it.
Toiletries were not stocked though - after couple of pumps, lotion was empty.
Will still return for more stays.

My family and I stayed at the Sofitel Sentosa Resort & Spa for my wife's birthday celebration mixed with a family holiday. Ahead of our stay, I corresponded with the hotel about organising some special activities/items and the team went above and beyond to make our stay a special occasion. The hotel itself is well located in lovely surrounds although it was a little tired/in need of upkeep in places and the gym seemed to be an after thought. We had the half-board package which was well worth it - not limiting and very good value. Would recommend.

We enjoyed our stay celebrating our twins birthday. They had a cake waiting for us in the room with a birthday card. Love our luxury family room, spacious and perfect to keep an eye on the kids but with privacy.

Lovely experience, amazing location in Sentosa, one of my favourite places in Singapore. Hotel is a old resort concept, many walkways around the grounds, water features, greenery and wild animals. Junior suite was very spacious, clean and comfortable, I'm not judging the eclectic selection of furnitures (some of them not my style). I believe I would enjoy longer holiday. Walking distance to the beach.
Reception staff very friendly, especially Syed 🙂. Tasty breakfast.

A slice of heaven on earth. Perhaps the nicest resort I have *ever* stayed at. The location is lovely, the grounds are impeccable, the rooms are luxurious, the restaurants delicious and most of all, the staff is incredible. No matter what the need, desire or issue may be, the wonderful staff at the Sofitel will make the situation right.

I could not recommend the resort more highly.

Enjoyed a 2-night staycation at the hotel and booked it because I was participating in a sports event that weekend. However, the stay was such a great one that I'm already considering booking another staycation with the family soon.

My wife and I brought our 1-year old girl and cocker spaniel for the stay. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable! Food choices at the restaurant (breakfast and dinner were included) were great! Hotel staff were very welcoming and professional!

We came here for family staycation. We also brought our cockapoo to stay with us. I stayed here a long time ago when it was still called Beaufort hotel.. I feel the hotel now looks better, well maintained the room is nice and had luxury feel. The hotel is also pet friendly.. we can walk around the hotels quite freely with our dog. I saw other guests bring their rabbit, cat , corgi too. But what stands out also the natural friendliness of most bell staffs.. they are very helpful, smile and make us feel welcome.

If there's small suggestions are .. better, stronger coffee beans .. the coffee beans was weak for latte.:-) .
The other suggestion is to train the reservation who handled phone call to be more tactful in answering questions. I was referring to M.
I also talked to another person , Wendy on the phone , she is excellent and helpful.
In short, we really enjoy our time there, relaxing environment

To celebrate my wife's birthday a relaxing long weekend at Sofitel Sentosa Resort and Spa was arranged.
It delivered completely with full occupancy the service was excellent from housekeeping organizing a room surprise, to the super-efficient pool guys arranging a lovely surprise.
The phrase "at leisure" is truly appropriate.

Very nice stay here. Sofitel Singapore Sentosa Resort & Spa combines French elegant style and Balinese resort designs. You would feel relax when you arrive here.

And there is a corridor to the seaside place and it has stunning scenery at sunset moments.

This time I am stay in a junior suite, has good renovation. And in a good French style. Morning time, there are 2 peacocks have breakfast with you together at this wonderland.

3D2N stay here is definitely not enough when you’re living in the busy city of SG. It’s a great hideaway to relax and find peace.

We got a complimentary room upgrade which was really nice! The staff here are accommodating, food is okay (on the pricier side of course) but worth trying, and the spa is something that I really want togo back to.

My stay here was an awesome experience. My kids loved everything about the resort. They had the most fun. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. We see ourselves coming back soon. Merci Beaucoup Sofitel.

We went to the Clift for Dinner on 15th Jan 2024. When we order our meal, I mentioned it was my best friend Diana's advance Birthday Dinner. Vika was the one who served us. And she was so sweet to gave a Surprises Birthday Cake to Diana. We didn't know about it. We were about to leave the Restaurant and she told me there is something not serves yet to us. Diana was so Happy for the Special Surprises. Really appreciate her sweet thoughts. It Is so Lovely. ❣🌹🎂😍

It is not my 1st visit. Numerous visit at the rest of other outlet too. Have stay 3 days 2 nights last year July and my next stay coming soon next month.

Is definitely worth staying here the Resort Living Lifestyle Hotel.
