Spring Veterinary Care @ Punggol

1st time visiting on 26 Nov Sunday, tried calling other vets around the area but wasn't available for walk in. My adopted Pom had a seizure and was brought in and Dr Nathanael Chai, he was very meticulous in helping to diagnose what was wrong with our Pom. We didn't know of any existing conditions as she was adopted just 1 day ago. After some blood samples, he suspected that she had pyrometra and it was an urgent case and had to be operated ASAP. He provided us with the 24hrs animal hospital and we chose to go to Companion Animal Surgery, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise as they are able to help and source out a blood donor for her.
Kudos to Dr Nathanael and his team for reacting swiftly to her condition. My Pom is now better after surgery.

This was my first time to Spring Vet as I wanted a vet nearer to my home instead of going to my usual vet in Ghim Moh. My experience was pleasant so far. The vet and tech staff was friendly. The fees was affordable. I'm not saying it's cheap but still ok I guess. I hope my experience would stay the same for any upcoming visits next time.

I used to bring my dog to mount pleasant for vaccination. At mount pleasant they always over charge me. Untill I went to springvet, then I know they provide the same service, they usually will suggest you to buy some medicine which is useful and the price is still cheaper than many place outside. I will recommend people who stay nearby to come over here. Today my dog sprain his leg, hopefully the charge will not be so high. Quite sad didn't manage to book my appointment for today

I've seen 2 Vets from this clinic so far and is very satisfied with their service on how they handle my pup. Will definitely go back to them. 👍🏻

I would like to thanks the staff and doctor Sheryl for making the effort to attend to my piggy. Doctor Sheryl tried her best provide surgery slot for me, unfortunately my piggy can't wait till the day and pass on. Nevertheless, I would like express my gratitude towards them.

Our dog was not doing well and we brought him to a vet near Farrer road, was advice to put him sleep..... we decided to visit Dr Tong for advice, she immediately looked thru the records and did some blood test, prescribed medicine, and after 2 months with medication, our dog’s health improved tremendously! He became so active again and appetite grew! Thank you Dr Tong and team for the fantastic service and advice! Highly recommended to visit Spring Vet even though it’s very far for us!

I have been visiting Springs Clinic for the pass 3 yrs. I have a 16yrs old Labrador which is totally blind and it unfortunately has a history of a walking disorder and now due to old age her liver is failing her day by day. Dr Tong and her team were extremely patient and caring to me and Terri.

There was so much professional jargon that is being used in the medical world but they adequately explained the conditions in layman terms so that i could understand it better. They even gave us a follow up call to check on Terri condition. They are all extremely dedicated medical professionals!

For some reason, terri never once afraid to go to the vet and guess she know that they meant well for her and love her lot. Terri have passed away peacefully in her sleep at the age of 16yrs and when i break the news to spring team they are as sad as me and they conso me so much that i know that i wasn't alone and terri have been really loved at spring!

Very polite staff and caring vet Dr Joyce. We are happy with our trip here with our doggy for his neutering procedure. Convenient just park at the HDB block beside and walk over according to their instructions.

Dr Joyce is very friendly and professional. Listens to all my concerns regarding what my puppy was going through and made me feel very much at ease after the consultation. She did a very thorough check on my puppy as her sterilization wound had minor bleeding and wasn't eating well. My puppy was much active and had better appetite the next day!!

I met a few of their vets so far and i have to say my experience with Dr Joyce and Dr Sheryl are the best!

However, I did have a bad experience with one of their doctors who seem to be always on duty for consult at the punggol branch. She appear impatient if asked too many questions though it is all related to the pet's health. One time when my puppy's condition turns worse 1-2days after taking the prescribed medication, I was asked to visit a 24hr clinic instead of returning for a 2nd consult which I thought was a little irresponsible.

I really like this vet clinic. My pup has been here for his third vacc, basic checkup, and sterilisation. All of my experiences were pleasant. The vets are friendly, efficient and are also patient to answer questions. The nurses are also super nice, on the contrary to some of the previous reviews here. Before dispensing medication, they advised syrup/tablet options and even suggested the latter for dogs because they are more cost effective. I’ve also had my first tele-consultation to get expert advice as my pup nibbled on his surgical wound so I didn’t have to travel. It was so worth the money coz it saved me so much time! I also paid for the medication and it was delivered to my doorstep in 2 hours. This is awesome service!!

Have been going to Spring Vet for more than 5 years now. The doctors there are very knowledgeable so you know your pets are in good hands.

My dog had blood in her urine and the doctor was quick to do the necessary tests and found out that she needed an emergency surgery due to an infection in the womb. Thank god for doctor Anabel. Highly recommend.

I am unsure why the rest of the reviews seem poor in regards to counter staff.

So far my personal experience through calls & face to face interactions when we visited the first time, it was reassuring. Staff were polite and kind too.

They made effort to show us how to feed medicine via syringe upon request which reassured my child. They doesn’t sound inpatient nor offensive.

Vet was gentle and knowledgeable. We really appreciate it.

I went to this veterinary. The process of registration was fast. The veterinarian is friendly and knowledgeable. My cat was diagnosed and given detailed treatment. Thank you to her.

A but difficult to find first time you come here.
After lighting from the drop off point, go through the mall until you reach the river. Turn right and give straight. You should see the sign. Then turn right again. It's at the end of the alley.

Second time going to this clinic. Doc Sheryl is patient and very professional. Solved my pet issue within 1st visit. Price is also reasonable

Thanks to the advice and help from the vets from both branches, I don’t see Dr Rachel often.
And that’s an excellent thing.
We only visit annually for a check up *Touch wood*. And besides him having to lose a bit of weight, all is good with our dog.
From the time we adopted him from the shelter, we were given practical uncomplicated instructions on how to get him to a good condition. And we believe he is there now. (Except for the weight problem, which I blame on his cuteness).

Great service. My puppy loves coming here. She is very shy and nervous but they do such a good job of making her feel calm and comfortable!
