Dr Nicholas is amazing at treating and explaining my baby's condition. When in doubt , he patiently answers and calls back as well. Will continue visiting and trusting Dr Nicholas with my pet when in need 🙂

The doctors are very professional and very caring. they handled my pet situation very well. I have been with them for the longest time, over 10 years, and never regret.

Brought my toy poodle for her dental at Mt. Pleasant (Farrer) and Dr. Lucienne Van Duilkeren was great.

We used Mount Pleasant to get a second opinion for our pet. Dr Lidia was very professional, explained our options and answered all our queries without trying to stear us down any particular route. So I felt we were in the right place to make good decisions together. The practise is clean (even behind the scenes), well laid out and looks to be an efficient business. Staff are very helpful and genuine pet lovers. Late opening hours make it easy to fit in visits with work and appointments easily set up.

My baby has a sprained ligament and went to this clinic. It feels really good. The price is beautiful. The doctor is careful and will call back for a return visit. When I called early in the morning and said that it had signs of fever, they immediately arranged in advance. When I reached there find there has a long queue, but even so I also arranged to see in advance [强][强][强] This place is also very easy to park. DR Chng and DR LOW are very gentle and patient, and they can also speak Chinese. They asked about 600+ blood tests for birth control surgery. This price seems good👍 You can also drink a free cup of coffee during waiting the medicines.

Firtly, the accomodating staff promptly scheduled an appointment within an hour of me calling the clinic. 👍 Dr Daphne is great, she gently examining my senior dog's eye with fluorescein and slit lamp and confidently diagnosed the issue and explained in detail about what the issue was. My dog, who is usually quite skittish, did not even struggle during the examination. Kudos to the team at Mt Pleasant, Farrer!

I've been bringing my dog to Mt Pleasant Farrer for the past 6-7 years as my poodle had various health issues especially in the eye. She recently passed on and I thought it was appropriate to share my experience.

I want to commend Dr Daphne Low. Dr Low took good care of my poodle during all these years. She's super friendly and knowledgeable in what she does. That is very reassuring as a pet owner and I trust her alot.

I also briefly had the pleasure of being attended to by Dr Nicholas Chng and he's awesome too. I have spoken with a customer here who followed him from his previous employer just so she can get her pet to continue being attended by the same doctor.

All the staff here from the front desk staff, assistants, lab techs are dedicated professionals who do their utmost best and I can tell they are deeply passionate about what they do. Its not an easy job and they care for your pets as much as you do too.

But don't expect miracles as there's only so much a vet can do. As customers, the least we could do is be respectful to them (all staff).

I definitely recommend pet owners to this clinic if their furry friends require a doctor.

Dr Ang, Dr Low and the entire team are warm, patient and very dedicated. They’ve always taken good care of our dogs, taking the time and effort to patiently explain the medications and conditions to us. We’ve started visiting this clinic since 2019/20 and now we’re regulars.

I’ve been bringing my dog in for a consult with Dr. Lidia. She’s friendly, professional, and I appreciate that she explains in detail what treatment options are available for your pet. She also outlines possible reasons as to why my dog was experiencing specific symptoms, and advised me on what steps I could take to help my dog get better. The entire team at this outlet is amazing, thank you for always making us feel welcomed.

My Persian cat underwent dental surgery with Dr Nicholas. Am very glad that it went smoothly and both Dr Nicholas and the staff were very patient in addressing my concerns and explaining the procedure to me. Would definitely come again!

It is a very well equipped clinic with several units in Singapore. The attendants at the Queens Road Unit are extremely attentive and Dr. Lucienne is very knowledgeable and loving - I recommend her 100%. It was one of the few times when I felt that I was not exploited to perform unnecessary tests and that the clinical staff has a professional commitment to the well-being of patients. And, above all, they really love animals.

The staff, every single one of them were attentive, caring and compassionate towards all unwell furbabies. Highly recommend this vet clinic for your furkids if you need one.

Their veterinary staff are AMAZING, every time I have taken my cat there, it has been a great experience, where she receives amazing care. They are extremely knowledgeable, patient and provide excellent guidance.

A very very pleasant experience. My own kitty had an itchy ear and when we brought him here, the doctor showed us the ear mites under the microscope. The treatment procedure was very also very clear. Would definitely recommend!

Dr Nicholas Chng is very kind and friendly towards my dog and me. Gave good advice and I’m thankful that he’s empathetic. Clinic is neat and clean. Didn’t wait long. Charges are reasonable.
