We had a very pleasant experience! All the nurses are very nice and friendly. Dr. Vanessa was also very helpful and accommodating. Dr. Kathlyn was willing to go the extra mile to help us with our cats exportation procedure. Highly recommended! Thank you to all the staff!

The Vets at Mount Pleasant Jalan G are great. I have been bringing my dog Kiki over the last few years, until recently last year in December; when she passed. Doctor Sharilyn and Vanessa are excellent and you can trust them to care for your pet with their knowledgeable experience. The price is reasonable and the level of care and attention shown towards my senior pet provided me with a peace of mind because I knew that my dog is always in good hands. Highly recommended.

Had to drop by several times - they were never good reasons - but each time I felt comforted that my pets were in good hands.

This is truly an animal hospital fully staffed by vets and nurses in the “wards”. It’s run like hospital with strict visiting hours. The wards are fully staffed by qualified nurses and can provide details on your pet’s daily progress. They are truly caring and professional with their patients. The hospital have an ultrasound equipment, and specialists for other conditions.
Impressed with their wards. Glassed off area for cats, another for ICU, contagious diseases, and wards for large dogs. Really impressed with the nursing care providers.

Highly recommended for cats with medical issues. I've always asked for Dr.Jeenise as she tends to my cats well, with detailed explanations on why she recommended certain procedures and layed out the costs promptly. The staffs are v friendlyy too. The place is huge because it's a hospital for the pets too. There is a OSCP outside the centre for those who travel in their own vehicle. Nothing bad to comment on. I'm pleased and assured with getting my cats checked at this place.

This review is so overdue. We've had a year long battle with my dog's condition (he had kidney failure as a result of leptospirosis). It was Dr Samantha Fong who accurately diagnosed Rusty and placed him under proper care. Management of Rusty's protocol was a complex and a painstaking process. Together with Dr Sam's team, we managed to have Rusty survive and live a reasonably good quality of life for a year before he passed on. I don't think we can ever thank you enough - Dr Sam and your team for your dedication, care and affection for Rusty during this time. God bless you in everything you do. Love from our Family

Did echocardiogram here. Professional and went smoothly. I was late and they called me and accommodated. Lots of food options for dogs being sold here. Generic medicine at better prices available.

Sent my boy for FHO surgery with recommendation from another vet..Dr Dennis Choi was very professional and detailed in explaining the procedures and what to expect after. He was very patient in answering our questions and very reassuring. The surgery went well and our boy came home the day after. Apart from being drowsy, we did not see that he was in any pain or distress. By the 2nd day at home, he was walking about and eating normally. His wound healed very well and he is now back to his active self. I have no regrets at all sending my boy there and I think they are very reasonably priced.
Overall a good experience during our 3 visits there, both with the doctor and the staff...

“Hello, I am Gluey’s owner.” That’s how I would always address myself whenever I call in.
After an X-ray shows signs of suspicious big C at another clinic, I turned to MP Gelengang seeking for a second opinion for my best friend Gluey. I got lucky in successfully making my appt with Dr Anthony Goh on the same day when someone cancelled.
I was 8th month pregnant then, and I will always be grateful for consideration shown to me whenever I’m at MP Gelengang.
From the first appointment to the last, I have nothing but praises for the team & Dr Goh. Dr Goh have shown exceptional skills, knowledge, compassion & respect for Gluey. The communication is clear and concise: explanation about Gluey’s condition and making sure I understood the what, when, why and how regarding the medicine he was sending me home with. We have a common goal, which is to support Gluey to feel better in her fight while bracing ourselves with come what may.

As I continue to grieved over Gluey; I would like to take this time to thank the team at MP Gelengang from everyone at the reception, technician Lisa, Dr Chua & lastly Dr Goh. You guys have made a huge difference in our lives & no words are enough to appreciate the service you do.

The pain of grief is just as much a part of life as the joy of love; it is perhaps the price we pay for love, the cost of commitment.

For the past decade, I’ve had my 2 dogs cared for by the team there. Special shout-out to Drs Anthony Goh and Keshia Beng. My dogs were hospitalized on separate occasions and were well taken care of by the vets, techs and nurses. My current dog has a high energy level and the nurses would bring him for walks and entertain him in the ward, so much so that he seemed to enjoy his hospital stay because of the extra mile and warmth. :)

Been going there since 2017 due to an emergency case referral from our original vet. The staff are always professional and go the extra mile for all our pets during all our visits, especially when 2 of our cats were warded.

They’re very well-equipped and have staff around 24/7 to tend to all your pets. 👍🏼

Despite the constant long queue and waiting, the staff and nurses at Gelangang has been very patience and helpful each time we visit them for consultation.

Have been visiting Dr Sam ever since my dog started having seizures and recently, the episodes of kidney infection and eventually leaving to the rainbow bridge last week.
Dr Sam has been really friendly, understanding and attentive to our fur baby in each of the session and we could see her great sense of empathy every time she explain the blood work, results and conditions to us. She makes us owners feel safe and confident to have our baby in her hands despite critical situations.

Visited twice with Dr Anthony Goh...overall experience was good their staff and Dr are friendly and helpful.

This is a hospital setup with various supporting services. Not a place to go if you are looking for a vet to cuddle you and your furpet but for quality vet services with fair charges I would recommend this.
A lot of private vets request a lot of unecessary test and blow up your bill with unecessary medicine and each visit with $300 plus bill when you need only a short consultation for minor issues.

My dog is suffering from end stage lymphoma. Dr Jeenise is kind and patient, always willing to adapt treatment to what suits our situation best, and is also considerate of our budget problems. Also brought our other dog for spaying. Staff there are professional and kind. Only problem is that the place is slightly more expensive. But worth the expert care given to our fur kids.

My dog Cole is still surviving well but we are also mentally and emotionally prepared for the eventual end thanks to the support and candour from Dr Jeenise.

Update:
My dog has passed on, in the icu of Mt Pleasant. Dr Jeenise has truly helped us throughout the entire journey; honestly, no one has been more patient, thoughtful or thorough with his treatment then she has been. At the end of the road, I am heartily grateful that I have chosen Mt Pleasant Gelangang especially with Dr Jeenise because I do not think my Boy and I would have been treated with as much patience and true concern anywhere else.

We lost our beloved furkid last Saturday. dr. Alex and his team was so helpful. They did their best to save him and at the same time consoling us. Thank you for helping him until his last breath.

I visited the hospital at night as my dog was having a really bad bout of rashes. Upon examination, the nurse did highlight that the doctor could treat my dog, but from their experience, it was not an emergency case and told me to come back again the next day as the rashes were not severe.

Thank you indeed for the advice, and my dog is so much better now after the follow-up.

One of the best vet hospital I've brought my pet. The doctors and receptionist and the nurses are very helpful, polite. They took care of my pet very well. I would highly recommend this hospital for pet owners. It's clean and neat. Very pet patient they sanitise the place well. Keep it really well. The prices are veryyyyy afforable.

The Receptionist team(Shini, Iesya, Joe. SY, Hannah, DJ and Nurul) always greet the customers with respect. They are very helpful, professional & very efficient. Concordia Guanzon Baluyut, a very experienced professional ultrasonographer who is very detailed & ensure your pets are thoroughly checked. Her reports are always very informative & useful to help the vets to make diagnosis on your pet. Charmaine pet care assistant & Jolene Vet technician is very attentive, gentle & caring to your pet.
