Staff service are very meticulous. Staff come to customer car with umbrella during rain. It only takes around 5 to 10minutes to get the food served. Very fast service. The staff also friendly and ready to help customer get seating. Surrounding very clean and the most important is the foods are really tasty. Worth every penny spend and the price also reasonable. The restaurant's location at the main road and easy to find. Highly recommend!!

All the foods and service are awesome, i think roti titab and roti kacang pool i like the most. Nasi lemak ikan telur pn sedap. But need to come early to avoid long que! But it is not a big deal since they manage it well. Terima kasih abang akak rela urus parking. One of the best places for breakfast in kuantan. Thumbs up!!!

Came here on Friday morning at 9 am. Place is nearly packed but manage to get a table for 4 pax.
Staff presented us the menu, explained the items carefully and even repeated our order before sending it to kitchen. Great service by the abang staff.
We get Nasi Lemak Ikan tongkol, roti titab, roti garlic, roti pool, and sosej. Air kopi ais and hot honey lemon. We waiter around 15 minutes to get our order.
Roti titab is nice, the half boiled eggs cooked perfectly and runny. Kacang pool taste flavorful, the mushroom soup is thick and creamy.
Will come again? Yes.

A good place to bring your family breakfast here, need to queue especially during school or public holiday. But the waiting time is quite bearable and the service also quick so it's okay.

The service is really good and fast. The menu and food were satifying, taste really premium , the price also affordable.

We went there for breakfast during school holidays. It was crowded with tourists. But we wanted to try the food because of the reviews so we waited. After we placed orders, we waited for 20mins (not so bad). Husband ordered nasi lemak with sambal kerang - yummy. I ordered the sausage cheese roti bakar and it was good. We packed some nasi lemak and roti titta.

11 person has here coming to enjoy Breakfast at Roti Bakar Berserah. The food is delisious, Coffee is very good and coffee was very good.

I visited on weekdays. So, there is no problem for parking and there are empty tables. There are RELA members to guide the vehicle. When entering the restaurant, it looks neat and orderly. The waiter came with the menu and took the order very well. And then, the waiter came back and told me that the drink I ordered was not available that day. I changed drinks. A few minutes later, Roti Bakar Sosej Cheese and Milo Ais Tabur arrived at the table. Then, Roti Kacang Phool. The taste is wonderful. After eating, I went to the cashier. There are also kuih and other food near the cashier. Overall, this restaurant is one of the best places to have breakfast in Kuantan.

Roti Titta the telor really goyang.. haha its kaya very rich n caramel! Although alot ppl waiting but they are well organize. Waited like 5mins to get a table. Good service and food were prepared quite efficient. Even parking got RELA to guide us parking. Reasonable price. Definitely will come back to eat.

Services given were excellent, they have 'Rela' that will help you with parking, at the same time when you enter the place, the waiter is waiting and attended to you attentively. The food too was excellent, and they served it fast. Licin kami makan.

This place is a small restaurant near the main roadside, just beside the Beserah Police Station. They serve a variety of roti bakar menu as well as nasi lemak. They even have 'nasi lemak budak' which doesn't include sambal tumis 😁

We came here on a Monday morning, at about 10.30 am. The place was almost full but we didn't have to wait for empty tables as the staff speedily arranged tables and seats for our family ❤❤❤

One of the waitress told us, customers would have to wait for tables if they come during weekends, but they set a 20-minutes limit for every group of customers to give a chance to other people to dine in.

We even tapau 3 packs of nasi lemak (sambal asing) to bring back to KL, hehehe...

Definitely worth eating here & will come back for more.

Place full of customers. Various selection of roti bakar to choose. One of the favourites is English Breakfast. There's also nasi lemak if you don't want to eat roti bakar. The shops open from early morning till noon. During weekends, it is advisable to come early or you have to wait for your turn before seated. One more thing, you can also get your car washed while you eat.

Breakfast hotspot for tourist. Please come early and they have akak Rela to control the traffic. Roti Titab sedap, and you must try their Vietnam Coffee.

Have been here so many times, before and until their new place as today. Now i'm sharing this place with my friends for a breakfast.
This place is outstanding! Yes, it's full of people waiting in line. They are giving their best to serve all, no doubt. Time consuming is acceptable. Just be patient, everything will go well. Enjoy!!.. 😎

Always pass by this area on my way to the fish market and always seems so packed, so decided to drop by to see what the hype is all about. We arrived at about 7.45 am and the parking area is already almost full. Thankfully the cafe owner has employed RELA officers to ensure parking doesn't go into chaos. But if you come after 8.30am on a weekend, pls expect to queue for your table.
You need to wait to be shown to your table - staff dia ramaiiii and semua pantas - someone will definitely come to you for assistance. As we were there quite early, food arrived within minutes. The food we ordered was nasi lemak ayam crispy, kacang phool and kopi vietnam. Not much complaints, except that the sambal nasi lemak had extra tamarind juice sour taste and was not spicy enough. Perhaps can consider having option 'pedas' and 'tak pedas' because i love my sambal to be pedas, so was left a bit unsatisfied- tp small matter. The roti bakar that came with the kcg phool was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
Finally, the cashier was such a warm and sweet girl who asked us how the food was and is such a pleasure to talk to. Your staff is definitely your number 1 asset...kudos.

Very fast service despite the number of customers. Their vietnam iced coffee is soooo good! The toast is made to order so you can taste how crispy the crust is. Nasi lemak ayam is a must try too. The sambal was so-so but the rice and chicken is delicious. Portion is very big and they fry their chicken upon order. Recommended to go with family as they have variety choices of food like nasi lemak, nasi dagang and traditional kuih(s).

Heavenly. Rustic gerai ambience reminds you of the simple kampong breakfast of yore. Menu is very western with eggs and toasts abundant. The Kacang Pool is a nice surprice. Beats any hotel breakfast any day
