We had dinner, tai lok mee was delicious. Amazing fried chicken shop!
And finally one of the best bean curds I’ve ever tried. Underrated place with hidden gems indeed.

A local delight coffee shop situated in Air Itam, Desa Permata area. Ample parking space and lots of food vendors selling varieties of local delights food. There is also a stir fry 'chu char' restaurant vendor selling affordable stir fry dishes.

Giving it a 5 star due to availability of huge variety of mouth watering hawker foods. Char Koey Teow amongst my top favourite here. Siew Mai from the Dim Sum stall is well made. Steamed chicken has rice and koay teow option, wonderful for lighter serving. Tom Yam was below par in my opinion.

Thai food stall, food prepared from scratch, usually operating from 6pm.

Dim sum is good with many choices. They also have hor fun which is good too.

First visit, the few dishes we tasted were good. Frog porridge, Mala noodle and Wanton noodle.
May be worth brightening up the lighting and update the toilets.
Most impressive of all, I left my sling bag when leaving the premises, a kind young man chased after us towards the car park and handed it back to me, proud of the honesty of our fellow Malaysian! 🇲🇾

-western food(fish and chip + combo chicken with fish) *ask for extra mayo/sauce

Drinks served are at reasonable price.

Bring your own wet tissue to wipe the table, you have been warned.

Overall, great place for buying your dinner.

PS: dim sum available in the morning, all dishes there are okay, not great good enough to fill tummy.

A food court which opens only in the evening. You can find a variety of hawker stalls here. A good place to try out all penang food. Beers are cheaply available also. There is performance sometimes but usually happens in the weekend. Parkings are hard to find especially at night. So come early to enjoy the food and beers.

Today we had the mouth watering 'Sup Kambing & Sup Ayam' per set comes with either rice or bangali bread. Very reasonable price. Will order again...They also have chapati very soft with spicy sardine sambal and dhall yummy

Simple hawker center with variety of foods, drinks are very cheap. You can get a coffee ice or tea ice for rm1.50, But I not sure whether the price still remain now. The price should have decrease due to 0% gst. Environment is good, not hot at all even it's so crowded.

Affordable and tasty chu char in Penang... Highly recommended...

Best Kopitiam in Air Itam. Lively customer especially during football nights when every customer is rooting for their favorite teams.

This Hawker Centre has the most number of stalls (...at Air Itam area) with all sort of local varieties, plus Thai n Vietnamese Street foods.. Best

A lot varieties of good

Well, kuta bali cafe is the place that you can dine in with plenty of verities, I swam almost every day at permata sports centre which is next to kuta bali cafe, after the break I went there for my dinner, oyster noodle was my favourite food, dim sum also the choice, most of the food there will be pretty standard taste, prices wise is about the same as others, Saturday night was the night drink out there too, beer promoter was friendly and good service sometimes the cafe and beer company organised stage events with professional singers and lucky draw, lastly, this place is well recommend to all.

Nice place for a simple and economy meal. There are at least 30 stalls for customers to choose. Herbal soup (bak kut teh) 肉骨茶 and fried keow teow are the two top stalls there. Enjoy!

As from what Jenny has said wasn’t true. I did not encounter such thing when I wanted to change my drink, the owner even apologise and I really feel kinda bad to see them apologise when it’s not their mistake. I’ve been there for many years and regarding what Jenny has mentioned about the fake malt chocolate powder, I see it with my own eyes that those are real milo powder. Don’t just comment whatever it is when you know nothing about the fact.

But no doubt, it’s a nice place to chill and hopefully the cafe reopens right after the MCO because I couldn’t wait to go there again!

Went down there for Kunpoh frogs. The price is RM21 for a claypot for two excluding rice or porridge. Each plate or refill for rice is RM1.
