Glow Rehabilitation Center

Through my experience, Glow has mature communication system between teacher, therapist and parents.
It allows parents to communicate more effectively with teachers and therapists, such as the child's recent activities, the child's medications, and the parents' expectations for their child's development directions and others. It also enable parents to better monitor their children's daily activities in the center.
Other than that, the teachers and therapists are friendly. They are paying attention to each child's behavioral and mental development so that they can be trained to take care of themselves. Teachers also often meet with parents to discuss their children’s training plans.
In overall, the center did help in the child's development and prepare them for a better further.

My son is with glow since 2021, throughout the journey, our experienxes with Glow is that they have the best professional team to custom made development plan based our child's need. Frequent review and on time update on his progress to ease the parent to work tgt with the team. They provide clean environment, good communication, indoor and outdoor activities to engage teachers, parent and also kids. Glow team has been our best supporters and comrades to bring up the kids.

My son was in this rehab centre since 2018 and he was 2yo, not able to walk or even seat on chair.
I feel thankful and grateful to have such great rehab centre in Penang and I met them!
The EIP teachers and therapists are so experienced and they are the best team ever to work together on helping and trained him.
The centre frequently arranged outdoor activities to get students exploring the world outside. My son had been to indoor and outdoor playground, zoo, aquarium, library and even have sport day which exhausted all the teachers the most. 🥰🥰🥰
Now, my son can run, walk on the staircase by himself, go washroom and self feeding. With the hardworks from teacher, he is now ready to go primary school.

Every member of the Glow center goes above and beyond to ensure that every student receives the greatest instruction and care possible.It takes a great deal of time and commitment to ensure that everyone receives a special effort.Glow created a welcoming environment in the classroom.Every class is well-structured, and it's easy to spot pupils who are having difficulty. Creating focused interventions to meet their needs will be a huge help.All of the activities are enjoyable for the students, and we make every effort to create strategies for getting every student involved.Additionally,to provide them assistance and support their needs communication with parents consistent, consider cooperating and sharing positive anecdotes about students progress in their updates.

When I stepped in there the environment was very nice and friendly. The way the counter admin served me was very polite. All the teachers there are friendly and supporting💪. Even the maid there was super polite.

Great place to enhance special need student's learning, performance and mental health. The teachers, therapists and admin are so helpful and nice.

兒子才来一个月,进步很多,開始会表达，沟通能力进步了,开窍了，会以画画表达心境。我的小孩很喜欢来这里，他很开心来这里学习。

要接受头生的孩子有特殊情况是非常不易的，在找学校的过程也并非易事，甚至有些特殊学校非常商业化。从绝望看到希望，谢谢Glow的院长和每一位职员（包括打扫卫生的阿姨）都很用心爱我的孩子。孩子在各个方面一直在进步，时不时放学会听到老师说关于他的事，做父母的心中难免感到欣慰。谢谢每一位常常用心引导的老师们！

儿子2岁就进来了学院，记得那时候是2021年。

从不会安静坐着，到能够坐着完成工作和任务；

从只是接受鱼肉和白饭，到现在大部分孩子们应该吃的食物都能够接受；

从没有语言沟通到现在能够唱歌和说些单词，甚至能够模仿对话，包括阅读；

从不敢爬高到能够爬很高，从不会原地跳到能够跳步走，从不会穿裤子到会换衣服；

从没有眼神交流到眼神对视，从没有语言到能够简单语言回应，而且今年有两次在没有提醒情况下，竟然主动在被服侍后，竟然开始说：“谢谢！”

最重要是，他很爱这里的学习，也很爱老师们，甚至会拥抱和亲吻老师们，这些都是很大的进步。

老师们每年有和家长见面两次，坐下来谈将近一个小时，聊孩子的进度，了解孩子在家的学习等等。每天都会在家长联络簿里交代孩子的学习和进展，也会配合父母亲的要求而一同帮助孩子成长。

GLOW 有專職醫師和完整專業治療團隊，是非常難得的超強團隊，當孩子有第一緊急狀況都有非常完善的資源。工作人員和資源都非常完善，環境非常乾淨，寬廣，整潔，尤其是教育資源，評估工具，治療工具，都非常超前，應有盡有。尤其對孩子的規劃非常的全面性。

我女儿很喜欢去学校。宝贝也学会了很多东西，谢谢老师和院长的细心教导。感恩有您们的付出。☺☺👍
