Just wanted to ask for pricing and detail, contacted one of the number and she gave another number to me. Then i asked again the customer service and she push me to another person again. Totally speechless not interested to enquire anymore…

The fact that u put 3 phone numbers is for ppl to ask for details yet i dun feel they are really into taking up orders

Hi, i been brought flower from this shop before. Their service is nice and the flower too.
Unfortunately, i had contact with the whatsapp number provided, the guys let me feel uncomfortable.
when he keep ask for the budget, i been told him im not sure about the market price. Price range i gave around 50-80, with one rose, and i ask him any suggestion and the price if i pick both rose and Platycodon grandiflorus. What he reply me is he say he have no suggestion for me, as 50-80 consider low budget, with a very sarcastic tone.
Okay very sorry, my low budget maybe not suitable to buy. Thanks for your service. Wish your florists all the best.

Bought quite many times from this florist for valentine anniversary etc but the attitude seem to be getting worst, I initially contacted on 8/Dec until today 15/Dec just tell me probably can’t be done. Unbelievable.

Late delivery! Gave delivery time between 1.30 pm and 2.30pm. Surprised when he asked for the message to be written on the card at 2.25pm. The delivery came by the recipient already left for work. Spoiled my day.
