OCBC Bank | Bukit Batok Central

Went to queue at counter service to verify signature. The Service ambassador was very kind to get us a queue number and guide us to the level above for counter service. When I was attended by the lady at the corner counter (did not get her name) she was very friendly and very polite. Even though I went to the wrong bank to get my the signature verified, but she did not make me feel embarrassed by my silly mistake. And still greeted us and said bye to us in a very nice friendly manner. The staff makes the bank a better place to be in even when I had to wait for 10mins. I did not feel vexed left smiling and laughing at my own mistake. Visited the bank 13aug at about 125-130pm, to the lady at the deepest corner counter who attended to me.

Kudos to ms fatin . Her sense of urgency and quick solving skills solved my online banking issues. I came here a month ago , told me to wait 5 days for letter. I came in today to follow up and the counter staff unable to solve the issue , ms fatin happened to be there and quickly take over the issue from her colleague. I wanted to switch bank but upon seeing the capabilities ms fatin showed . Ill stay with ocbc. Hope to see more staff like ms fatin. Sense of urgency.

I came here to settle some term deposits and was attended to by Norliza, who was patient and polite. She was reassuring as she went about to expedite my transactions. I also like to thank Jennifer who went the extra mile by attending to me after banking hours were closed for the day. Last but not least, a shout out to the elderly police uncle for having a good-natured disposition and being professional. Overall a pleasant banking experience with OCBC at Bt Batok.

Bank associate Angie Poh ; kind , courteous and patient. People are so negative these days,its the little details like this that deserves to be shone upon.

After taken the queue number at personal banking counter, after several check & verification by the service staff using my SingPass, I was told to proceed to lever 2 counter service for the payment of my CPF investment matter.

Upon my number called by counter 3, the counter service staff question me why I was been told to come to her for payment arrangement?! she said she wasn’t trained to do what’s needed?! Asking me who is the one transferred my queue number ?!

OMG?! Suddenly, I become “the problem solver” ?!

Eventually, another service staff from back office suggest to refer to their manager for advice.

After their finding, I issued cheque payment to OCBC bank, for my CPF investment account accordingly.

Actually, the instruction letter I have received from OCBC Bank has clearly stated the procedure.

Fortunately, it doesn’t take them very long to figure out what should be done.

Meanwhile, I also take this opportunity to check / update my contact number.

This is my very 1st experience at OCBC Bank counter services .

3 counters but only 2 serving...bad customer service
