Good owner feedback and very helpful but need to improve further. 1. Limited to 1 car parking only(can't do much due to limited spaces) 2. Only have one workable key to secure the door but I guess maybe peace and secure environment here. 3. Need to improve water ponding at front of the house, I almost fell down due to slippery surface..
