Hello there. Damn poor service. As a bank staff need to have some courtesy in dealing with customers. If you too fanatic or don't like to deal with other race customers better don't work. Yes, I do respect some staffs over there too but not everyone. I came here for the very first time and so disappointed with that lady. Dear admin, please teach your colleagues about some manners. Don't judge others by their outlook in fact I'm in higher pose than you. Thank you.

Bad service. I request for a hire purchased here, signed the formed and everything. Last thing the person told me to wait for call. After a month or so, still nothing. I call them to ask and she just said no record found, give a me another phone number to call. You minta balik lah. Call saja no ni. And then cut the line.What a service. Sbb saya cakap bahasa melayu jadi layan sambil lewa yer. Bagus sangat layanan bank ni. Nk buat report dekat branch utama lah mcm ni.

Tukar TAC Nombor dah sebulan xdak ap pun 😅 dok dapat dekat no yang lama ja 🤣 lepas tu tulis buka pukul 9am kita ni tunggu laa awal nk settle kerja lain last cleaner cakap buka pukul 10.. lari masa nk buat kerja lain

Katanya bila register online kad akan sampai dlm 5 atau 7 hari waktu bekerja.. dah dekat sebulan kad belum² sampai lagi
