I chose Public Bank Bukit Mertajam because one staff at the reception counter who always give the queue number (Indian guy) are very helpful and friendly. Today (17/8/2023), staff from counter no. 2 & no.3 (Malay Guys) bear the trust where they are honest to return the balance that I forgot to take on Tuesday. All the staff at Public Bank Bukit Mertajam are the best. 5 Star to all staff PB.

Saw the bad reviews and decided to make appointment through official email so the bank can make early preparation.
Immediate response by the bank and was happy that the whole process can be done in minutes. Good job to all, especially Mr. Leow and Ms. Christine.
Lesson learn, always make early appointment before you approach the HP center!
