CIMB Bank Maju Utama, Bukit Mertajam

Went for renewing debit card n ASB consultation. It was a pleasant experience. Very efficient and polite guy at customer service near the door. But you need to come real early for parking cause it’s quite limited plus the busy area.

I want to highlight the ASB staff, Pn Siti Fatimah, easy to discuss, polite, helpful, and transpareng about the loan. Other staffs also good n fast.

For renew debit card, i settled mine only for less than 15 minutes. Maybe because the queue was not long as i came as soon as they opened at 9:15am sharp.

However, if you plan to do ASB related, please come in the morning (as suggested by cust service guy). I once came after work around 3pm, it was packed and I couldn’t di ASB cause the system would close at 3.30pm (the guy said). So take a leave n come early.

For sure I’ll go here again for CIMB matters. 👍🏻

I have always had the best service and experience at this CIMB branch, with cheerful knowledgeable staff and a humble yet effective Manager. So, much so that I have seldom sought financial services at other Banks, although they may even have slightly better rates, that may seem enticing. Keep up the great work!

I've always had a pleasant time visiting the bank. The staffs members are all very helpful and active, especially the ones I'm usually greeted by, Rachel and Siti. Whatever questions that I have posed are also handled and answered immediately in detail, and actively handled by whomever I'm meeting. I get regular updates through uninterruptive messages as well for their products and the accounts I have opened with them so I don't have to spend time too often visiting the bank myself.

My visit to CIMB has always been pleasant since my account is being handled by Ms Rachel Tan. Besides being knowledgeable and professional, she has been extremely helpful and understanding.  Always full of smiles and with confident in her job 👍
