To all the unnecessary negative comments below, we as a customer should practice good customer etiquettes in the first place. People who are serving us is just an ordinary human being just like us and working their **s out to meet their ends. Before making an assumptions on the way they work look properly! I saw a comment saying "it's late coz they are texting while cooking" Come on! How can they serve you uncooked sandwich? What if the worker is replying to the employer itself? Please just don't lash out at people unneeded just because you are paying them. Mentioning about paying, I have witnessed myself at customer yelling at the worker just because they don't accept cash payment. Like seriously? If you're poor then don't buy. As simple as that! So what about these awful behaviours? How about the customers who behave like a b***h and b*****d for no reason at the person serving them? I'm raising this issue and it's not only confined to Liang's sandwich but to the entire F&B outlets and would like to end it by reminding all the customers out there, "one should give respects in order to gain respect". Thank you

I really do appreciate staff who works here even though they have to handle different kind of customers which is rude and not understanding the situation of the staff....I saw a chinese customer being so rude to one of the staff on the other day which makes me feel so bad for them to be treated like this.....as a customer we should respect them because they prepare food for us no matter how rude the customers are......some of them complaints about their attitude and food but still choose to go there🤣🤣why is there no other shop in the mall is it🤣🤣🤣🤣 give respect take respect la....the staff all still young girls stop throw tantrums to the staff

Been a regular customer since 2021. Always loved the service there. I don't get the hate for the new girls. Clearly they're young and there's only two people working a full time shift. Let's not be hard on them. And stop being such a blatant racist. Learn your effin manners. Just because they're one of a race you discriminate doesn't make you a better person!

2 to 3 weeks back from this date, i was at the outlet when i witnessed a Chinese couple came to make an order and the guy started to behave disrespectful and indecent to the staff just because they did not accept cash payment. He lilterally yelled & cursed using offensive words and the situation was aggravating between the staff and the incredulous customer. All the staff can do was stand up for herself when no one of course including me decided to just stand there and watch them surprisingly. What was more surprising to me was that, once the fiasco was over, i got to know from the staff that, that particular Chinese guy was a regular customer and he is well aware of the payment terms being implemented in that outlet and it was not the first time but he is USED to being terribly disrespectful with the staffs there often times. What's with the behaviour man? So in short, as a customer we are not noble enough to mock exaggerately the staffs incharge.

Located on the lower ground floor of the Sunway Carnival Mall. It serves sandwiches with a fluffy and crispy wrap. (The wrap tastes like the local "roti canai"). The inside is filled with grilled chicken meat, egg, tomatoes, vegetables and its special sauce. The combo set comes with a cup of hot soya milk. The sandwich must be heavy in calories as it is quite oily. Originated in Shanghai but has Jay Chou, a Taiwanese actor/singer as its brand ambassador.

Quite a tasty “sandwich” overall due to the bread; the filling is pretty uninspired.

The service was slow, especially given I was the only customer. And whilst I wouldn’t describe the girl who served me as rude, she did look miserable and somewhat irritated that a customer had come to distract her from sitting around playing on her phone.

The shop’s computer is all opened i never seen the staff inside the shop. I was planned to eat the 葱油饼 2 times but when i arrived the shop i cant find any staff but the computer is opened. Hope u gais will improve the service

Waited at the counter for 20min, “Break” kononnya. Counter xda orang. Was thinking, kesiannya, kerja seorang. So I sit there and wait, surprise. They come back with two person. Why cant they take turn to have a break, and left the counter just blank lol. Many come and stay, but no one serve so they leave. You missed at least 5 customer during the period. The attitude of the stuff is very rude, while prepare the food, keep om texting and talking to each other. Management please manage and train your stuff how to be responsible and polite to the customer. Very bad experience.

Slow comes with a reason.. keep texting while making the food..

I when to Sunway Carnival, the Indian staff there very rude, very bad attitude, kindly improve your service, if keep this kind of staff, sure will lost your customer

Bad service two Indian girl always take break no people at counter

Worst service experience. Talk to the cashier as she was sitting down playing here phone… proceed to talk with me while sitting down. Extremely slow service. Doesn’t prepare food immediately instead compiles paper for awhile.

The cashier put the sandwich into a broken plastic bag, not more than 2 minutes I went back to request a new plastic bag and told her everything,but the cashier still need me to pay for it, pay for the plastic bag. How irresponsible!

Came six times five times were "On break". How worse is the service ?? And look around at those other stalls especially dinner time everyone was so ready to serve. Only at Liang always put on BREAK BREAK BREAK! Really bad

Tried to order at 9.15pm. but cashier said closed. I thought it was supposed to open till 10pm.
