At first their van has some problem with the airconditioner, however by 20 min other van for backup came. For me its okay, cuz other days is okay. Just my comment is maybe need to do surprise to customer, like freegift for those who has minor problem like me.

We had an excellent experience with renting a car plus driver for 7 days. We drove with our family from KL to Penang, Terengganu and then drop off at Mersing boat jetty. We got a very comfortable car. Our driver Hafiz did an excellent job. He drove very save and comfortable, kept the car very tidy, was flexible when we had ideas to visit some tourist spots and was overall a very kind person.
