We had a great experience with Pridestour. I took a package to Hatyai from KL Sentral with my husband. Our Tour Leader (TL) has an extensive experience about Hatyai. She can answer every single questions that we asked. We were brought to all the viral places in Hatyai, from restaurant to the market there. The TL always made sure that we were on time and always remind us about everything. Pridestour is a very recommended tour if you're planning to go somewhere with a tour guide. I will definitely choose Pridestour for my next trip.

Good experience traveling with pridestour. Team leader go out of her way to make sure our tour went smoothly. Detail explaination and steps what to do before the trip and constant reminder on what to do along the way. Bus provided is comfortable and itinerary was full and done according to time allocated.
Recommendation: it will be much better to provide a bus with usb port for phone charging
