Natura Hotel

I stayed for one night. Very comfy for one night sleep. The receptionist service was fast and good. The room was clean but can be improved. Not a sketchy hotel or “lovers” hotel, more like a family hotel or maybe because it was a holiday season. Theres a speed mart very close by. Overall, I really liked it. Suitable if you just want to sleep.

i need to have an early start the next morning somewhere nearby gelang patah area , so i need a place just to bunk in for the night...

i am delighted to find the what i see matches the praises and compliments by previous customers. ( which verifies that the good reviews are not done by the owner's childrens ...😁)
The hotel is clean and well maintained. My the bed and pillow are comfortable, and the linens are fresh and crisp.
The toilet was sparklingly clean.
And the room even comes with bottled water , tea making facility and toothbrush kit with those little cute toothpaste tube)

All these at a rate that that barely dent your wallet ( in Sept 2023) Keep it up Natura, !!

Location wise, Too bad Natura is wayy, in the mid west of johor
With the hotel facility well maintained and reasonable price, Natura would be the choice budget hotel for this area

So good to stay here as it is in the middle of many facilities such as laudromat, restaurants, grocery shop, car wash, animal pet shop, workshop, etc.

Great hotel, well maintained, clean and manned by friendly and attentive staff. Lots of eateries in the neighbourhood.

Clean room. Got elevator. Iron & board provided with coway at corridor. Tried 2 type of room - triple & family. Satisfied. Located in housing area. Easy to find food & cheap. Common parking at shoplot area. We managed to get parking for both nights. Near to Legoland. We book directly because cheaper compare to ota.

Clean and spacious hotel room. Good services but the place at a bit deserted area. For business purposes, so suitable to stay since there is 99 speedmart and large self service dobby here.

A compact but tidy and clean hotel. The building only has two floors(not including the ground floor).
The lobby looks nice. It has a nice coffee table with couches surrounding it. There are also chairs and coffee table outside. And there is a smoking room. For a small hotel like this, I am surprised that they have a wide elevator(most small hotels offer tiny elevator).

In the hallway, there are water dispensers and ironing table and its iron. I slept in Family Suite. There are 2 double beds. Each side with one soft and hard pillow. There is a TV with more than 10 channels(I think there were 15). A wardrobe, a deposit safe, one table, and one chair.

The bathroom is compact. The only drawback is that the water from the shower burst into the toilet floor.

Had a lovely stay - the staff is very attentionate and happy to help whenever they can. Rooms have a hairdryer, a nice TV and good wifi.
The hotel is located in a quiet area with a lot of supermarkets and convenience stores. Would recommend staying there if you're looking for a nice cozy and cheap room.

Booked the standard room and stayed for 3 nights. Satisfied with the hospitality and friendly customer service! Their housekeeping service is top notch. The only downside is there is no refrigerator in the rooms to keep in mind. Overall, a pleasant stay!

This is the best 2 or 3-star hotel I have ever stayed. It exceeded all my expectations at a very low and affordable rate. Even beats 4 star hotel experience in the whole country and nearby countries.

1. Wifi speed is fast.
2. Sufficient car park infront of the hotel and its surrounding areas.
3. The interior design from the lobby to the lift to the rooms and private bathroom are superb, cozy, comfortable, cool in the eye.
4. Facilities are PWD, children and elderly friendly.
5. Front desk are smily faces and not the grumpy type. Can ask whatever you want.
6. Security is present at night. Something that other hotels dont even offer.
7. Requested for a non-smoking and quiet room away from the road and it was fulfilled by them.
8. Location is a 5min drive to the taxi and bus terminal in Gelang Patah. There are nearby restaurants, minimart and mosque.
9. Usual toiletries were provided e.g. shampoo,shower gel, toothbrush and paste, shower cap and sanitary bag.
10. TV channels although not so many and some arent working its still bearable since wifi is there.
11. Near the entrance door, smoking table and chairs were provided for smokers to hang out.
12. Water pressure from the toilet is incredibly strong and water heater is efficient.

In short, I cant think of any negative things to comment about our stay because I enjoyed our short stay and will definitely be back soon. Highly recommend this to all! Dont hesitate to book. 😊

I paid rm80 for a queen size bedroom, it was exactly as shown in pictures, the staffs were friendly and helpful, they have lift, the alleyways are clean and the entire premise is well maintained. Definitely recommend!

Very well maintained. Staff is polite. Lift is only one unit but roomy. Room is just nice for queen bed. Toilet is average. Wi-Fi is 10Mbps. TV channel is standard and can connect to HDMIs. Aircond is powerful. Hot shower is average. Extra towel and pillow for free. Parking is plenty. Nearby convenient stores and food stalls are many. Self-service dobi is 60 seconds walk. However, no breakfast is provided but by 6am there are 3 restaurant for early breakfast. e-Hailing Service aka Grab Car is easy and fast. For 3-star hotel status, this is DEFINITELY a recommended accommodation for 5 days trip if traveling solo.

Friendly staff , pleasant stay ,clean room and basic amenities is provided . Not to worry on parking I. Quality hotel. Banks and better restaurants at the other side ,2 minutes drive. Recommended .

Stayed here for 1 night. I was attending an interview around SiLC area. The hotel room was comfy and clean. Most importantly it has an elevator, easy to go up and down.

Good, clean hotel offering value for money.
Free parking, Coway water filter in every floor, close to eating places, next to 99 Speedmart.
20 minutes drive to Legoland. 20 minutes drive to PTP.

Satisfied with the hotel. Everything as described.

A decent classic boutique hotel, except for a little smell and noise from water running through sewer pipes, five star for surrounding cleaniness, front desk checkin, design and ambience.

Easy accessible to nearby restaurants and handicapped friendly with ram for wheelchair bound guests. Ample parking and security.

Comfortable and near to food sources. Room was nice and got coway at side, no need to boil ur own water. Will repeat in future 👍🏻
