Working hour 9am-4pm, the fact is i went there 2:30pm to avoid muslim praying time, there's still left one staff there, then security told me , come back after 3pm, no staff will entertain for opening account. Really ridiculous, then better put operation hour: 9-12 pm, 12-3pm for lunch,

Waited 20mins, finally my turn when to the counter, no one serving me, stand there another 5 mins, a staff told me go to counter 1, counter 1 staff say she don’t in charge this, ask to to go another counter. And the last counter I went the staff told me, you should do online instead. So, why don’t just told me when I walked in, wasted of my time. Staff are not helpful at all..

Lot of Reserved and Valet parking space infront but not a single parking is for CIMB preferred customer.... Preferred customer either park at half kilometer away or risk of getting summon park at road side. Not worth coming this branch
