Very good service, currently on home quarantine and called the pharmacy if they have the items i'm looking for and if its okay to get hired driver to pick it up. The lady who tended to my request kindly offered to book a rider. Paid for the item around 5pm, and received it before 6pm on the same day. Much thanks and appreciated for the kind help and amazing service.

Today I went to the pharmacy to get a gel type antiseptic for minor burns on skin, at first one of the pharmacist there gave me a cream typed antiseptic but since i asked if it was a gel typed she insisted it was a gel typed antiseptic.
When I arrived at home I opened the tube of antiseptic and unfortunately it was a "cream antiseptic", even though I asked if it was gel since the packaging had written as cream based antiseptic but because she said it was a gel type I bought it and it wasn't gel which I wanted. The thing that I want to say here is
1. Please be patience and listen to what we want.
2. Also take care of how you manage your facial expression when communicating with a customer aka patients.
3. Please say you don't understand if you don't, because this is what happened there today.

Went here to get my cough syrup today for bad cough with phlegm and pharyngitis. Tried to communicate with limited voice that I have. Don't know who was that pharmacist ( think its rosmah or normah ) so rude and impatient, can't even listen to what I had to say. Please bare in mind as a pharmacist your job is to explain on drugs to people too. I'm a doctor and I deal with my patients by listening to them carefully instead of barging into conversation and asking customer " what's your problem ?". Such a ridiculous mentality and no respect to customer. Poor service by that pharmacist, please improve the importance of customer care & service. Thank you
