Quiet and organised shoppimg outlet with strict SOP and it was fun shopping there with the discounted items such as clothes amd other accessories that are considered very cheap and of.good quality.

Easy access because located next to Sungai Petani Utara toll(PLUS highway).Alot of branded handbags,shoes,clothes because have parkson too.Surau,many restaurant, hotel,bowling center nearby.
