The mall is closer to Singapore just across less than 4 mins by car(if no traffic jam)
The mall has recently started upgrading after the Covid and you may still easy to find shops and restaurants available.
Nice to make a visit here.

Although it has same big brands like Esprit, Uniqlo, Cotton On - the prices are so much lower. It's worth to just cross the border, shop and go back to Singapore.

Very convenient for Singapore to shop and eat. Walking distance from JB CIQ. Very clean and less crowd on weekdays.
