Purest Hotel Sungai Petani Kedah

I came as a family of 5. Had a surprisingly pleasant stay. The hotel looked spanking new. Located strategically and surrounded with commercial areas. Looking for food was easy, and there is a petrol station next door.

Beautiful room, high-pressure hot shower, some of the best breakfast I ever had in any hotels in Peninsula Malaysia (and I've been to hundreds). Customer service was top notch.

Stayed for 4 nights at the Executive Deluxe room. Staff were friendly at all time. Great food at affordable price in their hotel restaurant. I came with my 1 yr old and was provided with plastic plates and cutleries for him everytime we dine at the restaurant. It was such a pleasant stay that I look forward to coming back here in my future trip to SP.

At check-in, there is a big notice that says late check-out has extra charges... (not sure why other guests complained that there was no warning).

We requested for 30 minutes extra for check-out as we were out to Lembah Bujang Archaeology site, and got 30 mins. late check out at no extra charges!!

Location is quite centralised just after exiting the highway toll booth. Room is big either comfortable bed.
Basic toiletries is provided and basement parking.

Facilities around: There’s mamak and kedai runcit. 2 mins walk.

Room: got small fridge and iron.

Cons: might want to bring your own socket adapter to extend you plug. Got stuck with the switch. But still usable. Can still charge your devices

Deposits: MYR 200. Cash or debit. If youre using debit, reception will return your deposits as cash upon checking out

Strategic Location. Good service. Nice breakfast. When I informed that we are vegetarian, kitchen prepared vegetarian fry mee/rice noodle without second words. Cozy restaurant.

The room is spacious and clean. Many shops & restaurants nearby the hotel... the location is also near the toll exit. Will repeat my next trip surely

We always book this hotel for business purposes. Never failed us. One of the great hotel you should try in Sungai Petani. Never regret.

Room was very spacious and complete with amenities needed. Bed size king was so comfy for my 2 nights stay here.

Enjoying the breakfast with a lot choice of food. Ample parking space was provided as well.

Love the ambience from entering the hotel lobby to the room door. Sure will come back again.

Nice rooftop bar with yummy food & live saxophonist. All the usual alcoholic beverages available. Very nice view & atmosphere.

New hotel in the area, strategic- near to the highway, Pelita is just walking distance. Clean, love the fresh scented/ aromatherapy once came out from the lift. Cozy room. Breakfast was delicious & variety of choices. Ample parking spaces. Perhaps in the future I’ll book straight away from the website apart from using Agoda which was way pricey.

A great hotel to stay for work or relax. The parking, underground or open air, was available. The breakfast included had enough choices, with local as well as Western food, available as early as 6:30 am. The painting on the corridors of the rooms are original signed by artists. Happy to stay in a town in SP.

I booked this hotel for my business meeting in Sungai Petani and seems like it is the best hotel available in Sungai Petani after some research online. The hotel is located right after Sungai Petani South exit from PLUS highway, next to a Caltex petrol station.
Parking is plenty and you may park in the front, basement and rear of the hotel. Best of all, it’s free. But you may need to let the hotel know is your vehicle to avoid being clamped.

The entrance to the lobby is better than expected. This hotel tries very hard to look like 5 stars but unfortunately, they are not. Once you enter the lobby, the concierge and check-in counter is on your left. Looks presentable and very clean. The staff is very polite and friendly.

Using the elevator to go up, I must highlight that the elevator is very clean and well-maintained. No bad odour, etc. The walkway from the elevator to the room looks like 5 stars though. Extremely clean and has no bad odour as well.

Now comes the room, the room design is somehow above my expectation for a small town. Table, bar, all was done right except the TV. TV size is acceptable but the placement is far right and not in the centre of the bed. So it is extremely weird as you need to look to the right if you want to watch TV. The hotel provides an ironing board, iron, safe, instant coffee, and mineral water. The bedsheet is very clean and very tidy. I slept well.

I HOPE THE HOTEL SEE THIS. The only thing that doesn’t match the entire room is the lighting. The hotel designer chooses the wrong colour temperature. Cool daylight made the room looks dull. Should go for warm white and some eyeballs on a certain area.

The bathroom looks premium and very clean as well but the bathroom door did not match the entire design. The door looks extremely cheap (This is another thing I hope Hotel management will read). Get it changed.

Packaged comes with breakfast; a western fusion at the café located in the main lobby. The food is not very good but not bad as well.

Very strategic hotel, opposite of the hotel got 24 hours Nasi Kandar Pelita. Just a walking distance. If you didn’t have a car, just walk there to have supper after “heavy duty” for the whole day. 🤭🤣🤣

I love their staff service, very friendly. Been visiting here for few times whenever I went back to SP. Very proud as SP people where got such a comfortable hotel. Want to compliment Izzah as she serves us very well. Hope to see her soon. Pretty and nice. ☺

Besides, their attendance also very helpful. Will reserve the parking lot for us. Our car is MPV and higher than 1.8m, so they reserved front car parking lot for us. Quite convenient for us as we got kids plus elder people.

Other than that, they provide high quality bed sheet cover. We feel very comfortable when lying or resting on the smooth bed sheet. Clean environment.

Last but not least, must try their breakfast. I bet you won’t get regret after having your breakfast there. No need to thanks me. 🤭😜🤣🤣🤣Their food are really tasty. Just a simple egg omellete also can make you think of staying at this hotel. 🤣🤣🤣 Hope you enjoy your stay here.

Extra point is after play around SP, your car need to refill petrol, can just refill it just beside this hotel. It is open 24 hours. If you really need the petrol urgent in the midnight, here you go. I seriously drive to few petrol stations, all closed very early. Only here I see the “star” 🤭🤣🤣🤣

Stayed 1 night here. Brand new hotel. Ample parking. Water pressure in bathroom is ok. They have chiller in the room. We got connecting rooms and the bed is comfortable enough for me.
The breakfast buffet spread is ok. For my 6 years old, we have to add RM16.
the staffs are really friendly and helpful. There’s a pool at level 9.
Didn’t get to try the room service.
