I have with them over a year and both me and my mom are satisfied with their service.

Our trainer, Jess is passionate and profession in coaching, she will explain which part of your body is trained for every workout and make sure it is clear for you. Also, she is certified as a rehab trainer, which is really good and helpful for those who have old illnesses such as Sciatica (pain in the lower part of the back) like my mom.

Gym really helps us a lot, to simplify and be very honest, it opens a whole new world for us👍🏻It's never too late for keep ourselves healthy.
