It's a very small gym, and does not have the best ambience or equipment. However it IS cheap and one of the rare walk in gyms in Bukit Mertajam!

Cons: Equipment-wise, it's sufficient for Upper body workout, but not enough for Legs. They don't even have a free squat rack, only a Smith machine which is not really optimal for squats. No machine for leg extension or leg curls either, and no area to do deadlifts. So you're pretty much stuck without options for legs.

Feedback for owners: Should really do some maintenance on the cables, they look a bit old and dangerous, does not feel smooth during usage. Also consider moving the ab crunch bench away from the doorway because it's so awkwardly placed there.

Others : There is no water fountain, but you can purchase bottled water from them or bring your own. Highly recommend you bring your own sanitizing spray and rag to wipe the equipment before and after use, as it's not provided at this gym.

Pros : Plus points for staying consistently open during CNY holiday! At only RM6 per walk in (Jan 2023 price), really can't complain much. Its affordable to most beginners looking to get a simple workout.

Gym kecil, harga ok. Tapi suka suka tutup, pagi 11am pergi tutup, 3pm pergi tunggu sampai 3.15pm baru buka. Sudah 5 kali dalam 3bulan.Owner patut buka ikut masa, kalau ada urgent kena update dekat facebook.

Cheap gym as you'll only be charged RM6 for walk ins, which suits the small space and limited equipment. however owner could improve a lot on equipment maintenance and perhaps invest on a cheap feather duster because the machines, dumbell rack, mirrors and all are sooo dusty
