I encountered a significant issue with my 5 Series (G30, 520i) and had to send my car to Tian Siang workshop for an extensive 6-month period. I was thoroughly disappointed with the subpar quality of my car, and the BMW call center only compounded the problem.

However, despite the initial setback, the Tian Siang service team admirably took charge of the situation and adeptly managed the damage. Ultimately, they exceeded service expectations, effectively transforming a disgruntled customer into a happy and satisfied one.

I would like to seize this opportunity to express my gratitude to the Tian Siang service team, Mr Ooi (Service Manager), particularly to Ms. Celine Ooi, (service advisor), for her invaluable advice, outstanding support, and unwavering dedication to serving customers with passion, approachability, and professionalism.

While many BMW enthusiasts have chosen to part ways with the brand due to its declining quality, I have chosen to remain a loyal customer due to my enduring faith in BMW, which is largely attributed to the exceptional service attitude exhibited by the Tian Siang service team, especially Ms. Celine Ooi.

There's an employee named JAyden. It was the first professional staff I had ever seen since I came to Malaysia. Even if they bother you, they always give quick answers and are genuinely friendly to customers. I want to show off the best service as long as I have that staff here.
