I purposely went all the way to Jb from Sg to get my documents certified, and let's just say I regretted not having done this the last time. The service was exceptional and quick, the office space was comfortable while I wait for my documents to be processed, the receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable (Thankfully she advised me on the proper method of certification after having learned that the purpose was for Australian visa application. It involved painstakingly handwritten note that the documents are indeed true copies of the originals.), and the price is very reasonable, cheap even especially compared to Sg (they are also very transparent with prices). The location is conveniently located within the office tower of City Square mall. If you are looking for a pleasant notarial (or legal) service, look no further!

I have used the services of this firm on multiple occasions; from affirming affidavits for Singapore court matters before the Notary to currently entrusting them with my conveyancing matter. I have nothing but praise for the staff that I have dealt with, namely Linda. She has gone above and beyond to ensure that my matters are handled professionally.

Today I went to Nora law office at City Square JB and was greeted by a wonderful lady Linda at the reception desk. Although Ms Nora was not around, Ms Linda patiently walked through all the necessary documents for notary procedures. Law firm offering notary public services at City Square (Level 18). The lady at the front desk is very professional and friendly both on phone and in person. Price is not bad too. Remember to have cash on you though, but just in case...Maybank and UoB are both at Level 1.
