The clean and inviting atmosphere makes a significant difference in one's overall experience. I felt calm and comfortable during my time at the hospital, which greatly contributed to my recovery.

I would rate this more than 5 stars. The doctor to nurses to admin to concierge to cleaners are all so friendly, courteous, helpful. My boys were admitted and were well treated by Dr Dinesh. He was very attentive, caring and experienced. The nurses in the paediatric ward keep looking out for my boys and very caring. Kudos to this well maintained and clean hospital.

The people who work here are amazing. They're so friendly and really care about you. Every person I met—from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors—made me feel like I was their top priority. They took the time to explain things and were super nice about it.I couldn't have asked for better care.

I've had my fair share of complicated medical bills in the past, but this hospital's billing team went above and beyond to make it hassle-free. They were transparent, responsive, and willing to assist with any inquiries. It's refreshing to see such dedication to customer satisfaction.

Doctor Low Siaw Nee very professional and patience, she listen to patient and explaint in very details. Give her a LIKE! Environment is clean and staff is helpful however the cafe need to improve for their service and too expensive.

been here for eye check up, MRI + blood pressure test for my wife. Good services and good doctor here. The environment is superb👍 very relax and I can enjoy a coffee while my wife having MRI.

The building facilities are okay but may need better maintenance especially the toilet in level 2. Overall, Bagan Spacialist is a 5 stars hospital.

I was admitted due to fever. Kudos to the staffs at level 6 or surgical ward. Thanks to the doctors, Dr Tan Chyi Shyang and Dr Choo Choon Sean who treated me so well and for being so kind and approachable. I was very well taken care of, anwering my enquiries and positive words by the nurses. Special mention to the nurses named Ms Joanne and Ms Manjula for your great service. Keep it up with the excellence Bagan Specialist Centre.

From doctor appointment until payment for the bill, everything was smooth. It was very systematic and the staff are very friendly too. Just one hiccup during the medicine collection, I cant find where is the central pharmacy. More signage needed to show where the pharmacy is.

Dr Amardeep Singh is a very good Doctor & awesome. Spending time with me to explain well about my situation. Go do primary angioplasty and found out some blockage in my heart Highly recommended.

The service can still be improved, but it's much better than before! There are hand sanitizers everywhere, comfortable sofas, and free water dispensers. The most important thing is to have a professional doctor.Keep it on!👍👍👍😍

After a few days of admission, i decided to come down to their padang and have a walk. It was a great initiative to provide recreational park for patient like us to refresh. Same like these tiny little creatures showing that while there is life, the fight continues. So, we must not give up to fight against our illness💪🏻

Never know a kid would be so happy when they visit a hospital. Speaking frankly, the paediatrician in this hospital do really did their job well, young but experienced.

Always out first choice hospital. Our very best gynecologist Dr Anil & His nurse Ms Ang took great care of us during pregnancy and after delivery. Nurses in the labour room, operation theater, baby nursery and also ward were very supportive and friendly. Created a very comfortable environment for us to recover. We had best experience during all our delivery 💓 Thank you everyone for being so wonderful 😊
