Our visit on 16/10 and 17/10 left us (me & wife) such a pleasant experiences.

From the first step we arrived at KPJ PG, we has been welcomed by the staff lobby. My wife have a minor operation needed her to admitted. The lobby staff so kindly approached us and warmly welcome us. Ushered us to the lift and offer assistance to help carry our things.

Special thank you to Dr Rabindran and his staff nurse. Everything went so smooth. From the start procedure until the end all goes well and we feel so touched with their attentiveness.

During discharged, again the staff lobby showed us their attentiveness and hospitality service by offering us to carry our things and send us using the buggy to our car. We been farewell by all the staff lobby at the entrance door. Something that you hardly get anywhere.

Overall, i wanted to give full credit too all the staff lobby, the doctor and nurses for their warmest hospitality service and sincerely looking after my wife. We left the hospital with so much happiness. Wishing my wife speedy recovery.

My son is admitted in ruby ward (401 B) on 17/02 to 20/02 due to Influenza A infection under Dr. Aziz Rahman Ibramsha. I would like to express my gratitude to our favourite doctor Aziz and all the nurses who attends my son. Actually, I was infected with the Influenza A as well and unable to take my son properly on that day. But, fortunately the nurse (sorry I forgot to ask her name) who worked night shift (this happened around 1.30am to 3.30am something) lend a hand to take care of my son who was having high fever (39c) while she asked me to sleep because I looked very tired. She is the one who wiped my son with water to control his temperature for almost 1 and half hours while I'm sleeping (she was standing for 1 and half hours). I'm impressed! She deserves recognition. Thank you so much to the nurse and the entire team. I really appreciate all the nurses here because they're very polite, kind, and providing the best service without any hesitation. All of them willing to help me anytime. I will definitely recommend KPJ pasir gudang, Dr. Aziz who is the best paediatric doctor and all the friendly staffs. Keep up the good work and all the best.

I was warded two weeks ago for my treatment. I got my friend referral to Regency Specialist Hospital. Seriously speaking KPJ Pasir Gudang Specialist is way more better than Regency Specialist Hospital in every aspects. Just sake of doctor, I had to go through 4 days unpleasant experience in Regency. I will recommend KPJ PG to my friends and family. The nurse and staffs are friendly and helpful. KPJ cleanliness is damn good.

Was here twice due to my daughter unwell and my husband getting treatment due to back pain. The paeds here Dr Frienky was the best in explaining and treating my daughter. Not to forget the orto Dr Sham, he was also the best in treating my husb. Very humble to his patient.

I would honestly say that KPJ Pasir Gudang has improved a lot in terms of admission and processing the insurance. I have heard a lot of people complaining their child is late for admission, but I think mine was ok. All the staff from the main lobby until ward was very kind and helpful. surely will come again and again

I was quite skeptical at the beginning.. But Kpj pasir gudang exceeded my expectations. Great loving and caring nurses. Dr Rabindran gynae really recommended. Very clean and tidy hosp. Good management. The rooms are not bad at all, and I actually enjoyed the hosp food. The customer service was really good. Overall excellent place to be at if u are not well.

Overall service starting from the ER dept,admission,transferring to ward,f&b staff,cleaner,security personnel, everybody was very helpful and friendly. Definitely will suggest this hospital to others. Keep up the good work and excellant service.
