Youth Park

Love visiting this park. So much space to explore. Plenty of benches to relax on. The parks and pools are clean and well maintained. Macaques are a pest and try to get your food, but that's just something to be aware of.

I took my two sons out for a fun day. We went to a roller skating rink, a pool in the natural surroundings, and saw wild monkeys and monitor lizards. It was a great time!

Great place to spend your whole day, yeah, in this park. It’s free entrance, great park with children playgrounds, pool, hiking trails, jogging track, and nice small canteen in the middle.

Very nice playground. We stopped by after the descend from Penang Hill and the kids loved it. The pools were closed for a water problem (sad) but the playground was still worth a stop.

Clean, spacious park with lots of things to keep the kids happy. Amazing splash pool areas to cool down too. Large cafe with seating area selling groceries, cold drinks and hot food.

It's a great place to bring your kids. A place to relax and exercise, jogging, have fun and outdoor activities. Fresh air and full of children joyful sound you can found in this place.

Nice place to explore. Lots of fun activities can de done here. No entrance fee and all the utilities there are free to use.

Nice park for a stroll & swim. There are a few pools there which you can use for free! Enjoyable and free activity only a 15 min scooter ride away. We saw monkeys and lizards.

Very clean and well maintained. Swimming pools are free. They even have breastfeeding room!!

A great and free public park. Plenty of facilities. There is a place to get food etc. and it’s all shaded. Perfect to take the kids for a run around. There are also some clean public pools and not particularly crowded. A nice option instead of heading to the beaches. There are monkeys but they tend to keep to themselves. They didn’t hassle us while there. Which is a good thing

The playground was wonderful. They had plenty of play stuff for the kids. Plenty of shade and seats available. Parking was a breeze. The only thing was the monkeys. They can get pretty scary as they are not scared of humans. Need to teach your children to not wave at them or make sudden movements near the monkeys.

Best place to take a stroll around, jogging, or bringing your children for a walk or swim in the pool provided. Clean and fresh air to clear your mind. The scenery is also beautiful. Great place to take a wedding or convocation photos.

Beautifully landscaped with lots trees, plants, flower and myriad of activities that you can do such as jogging, exersizing, hill climbing, jungle trekking, skateboarding, cycling and of course photograpy. There's also swimming pools for kids.
Pay respect to the owner of the park ... monkeys!

This park like many other parks in the big city has many offers, from a jogging track, kiddy pool, kids playground and in this park it has a chess area, which elders usually play here on the weekend.

It's free to enter but beware of monkeys. Prefers to not wear any loose items so it won't get stolen.

Another thing is you can't bring your own pets for a walk here (prolly because there are lots of monkeys)

Ohh..ya..I went a walking with my hubby..he thinks I m too flabby so I did make him proud of me. He said after today, I will feel the aches all over me.

An entire section of the park is dedicated to skateboarding, with ramps, pipes, and bowls of varying difficulty. There is also a large swimming pool open during the summer months, as well as football and volleyball fields for sports.

Beyond the recreational facilities, the park itself is beautiful, with winding paths shaded by large, mature trees. However, visitors must exercise caution with their belongings, as gangs of monkeys frequent the park and will steal anything left unattended, even rummaging through bags and backpacks.

The park does become quite crowded, especially in the evenings and on weekends when most people visit. The parking lot often fills up during these busy times. For the best experience, I would recommend visiting the park on weekdays or earlier in the day when it is less crowded. You have a better chance of finding an open parking spot, and the facilities and paths are less busy so you can enjoy them more fully.

Overall, this city park has a lot to offer for recreation and enjoying nature. With some caution taken regarding the monkeys and by timing your visit for less busy times, this park can be a perfect escape from the bustle of the city.
