Nice place for staycation, running away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Excellent to gathering amongst family and friends. Ample facilities and large space.

Overall the house was outstanding. The only issue was the pool. After you dip out from pool and there will be water stuck on floor and there is no proper drainage. The whole floor will be wet and not safe as it gets slippery. The room house the view all was good

Personally I think the value for this property is only for its internal size and the indoor pool, other than that, i think you can find better places with cheaper price.

The swimming pool and the furnitures are not as exactly as in the pictures. There are missing furniture and the pool is not in blue color. So it appears to be slightly dirty.

In terms of cleanliness, the management need to seriously improve it. The floor is sticky and the place has some weird smell. The bathrooms are old and don’t have properly ventilation.

The water heater is not working properly even during light use. One fan and one aircond weren’t working.

The fact that the listing doesn’t have any picture of its parking shows the confidence of management regarding it. They say it fits 3 cars. Maybe 3 myvi. The parking is very small and wont fit 3 larger cars. And the ppl who stays in villa are often families which come in MPV/larger cars. The house looks like a terrace house from outside. So dont have a Villa picture in mind when searching for this house.

The layout of the house is a bit weird. Doesn’t have the typical house layout. And they fitted bed in every possible places. I think they fitted bed even in place which supposed to be a walk in wardrobe. So lack of privacy in such cases.

In term of communication, the staff did communicate with me when I asked questions but didn’t get back to me regarding the faulty fan and aircond. The kitchen is well equipped but I didn’t use it. So I’m not sure whether everything works.

Overall, I think its pricey for the level of maintenance they have for this place. If you are not into indoor pool and location (which is near to zoo), I think they are better and newer Villas for this price.

Paid RM4000++ for 2 nights and regretted a lot. Dirty and badly maintained villa. Kitchen dirty and smell very bed. Instead of door between the rooms - curtains. All the rooms connected, no privacy at at all. 1 toilet for 3 rooms - 8 pax.
Swimming pool old and paint come out. Real villa much different from photos from the owner. 1 car park place, no place for smoking. No garden, no place to sit outside. Sagging mattress, bed linens badly washed and much old, everything in dust and warderoob full of garbage.

This place might look nice from the photo but there are a lot of shortcomings and the house is not maintained well. Upon arrival, we have decided not to use the bedroom downstairs with the small bathroom as we are more comfortable upstairs. We ended up spend the night upstairs and leaving the room downstairs untouch.

The owner then accused us for not keeping the room clean eventhough we have explained a few times that it's not our doing. Would not recommend this place to anyone at all since the owner is not helpful at all.

Was invited for a New Year party with photos from airbnb. Thought that it was a cool place with the indoor swimming pool. Photo looks amazing and knowing Airbnb is strict with their policies and terms and conditions, shouldn’t be that bad or far off from the photo. Sadly, disappointment hits when..

1. limited parking, house can fit 3 cars but the slope into the house is just too crazy for a car’s brake and using the gearbox to hold the weight of the car might break the gearbox.

2. First step into the house straight away notice there is tear on the window curtains, the lights are not 100% operational, the kitchen utensils are breaking apart, and there is no cloth/rugs to wipe. No water provided, no coffee or tea, not even welcome amenities. Sensors are broken, some things are not working.. Mind you this place is MYR1.4k per night yah and there is a lot of choice in Airbnb for MYR1.4k tbh..

3. The indoor swimming pool is a great idea BUT! Look so different from the photos I see in Airbnb or other google review photos? Weird. The pool is full of stains and in photo it was blue, not sure why it is white and yellowish with stains from water not moving for a long time now.

4. House was not entirely clean, floor is dusty but not like abandoned dusty, bed is fine, toilet is dusty but bearable, and the bathtub.. we had to clean it before actually using it as it was full of unknown pieces of stuff in it (and not very ergonomic for the design tbh)..

5. We spend the night here but most of us can’t sleep due to unspeakable reason so we all decided to stay up whole night playing games while feeling SUPER uncomfortable.. felt like there were eyes watching us and goosebumps flying off the roof.. we don’t dare to go downstairs rooms cause the feeling is just not right and there is a particular room that is right smack at the corner with 2 way entering it (one from bathroom, one directly into the room) it is a room within a room.. that room give us goosebumps so bad someone almost faint while going in.. so we decided not to use that room and close the door..

To sum it all up, stressful night but brought everyone closer together in terms of friendship.. so we left the place clean and tidy as mentioned, we even clean the pots and kitchen utensils we used out of curtesy and we accidentally broke a glass and we reported about it.. so we paid for the glass..

I wanted to give this place a 3 star BUT the real deal breaker is that the room where I mentioned someone almost faint? The room within a room? That room no one used AT ALL and we spend most of the time upstairs.. The people running the place ACCUSED us for making A MESS in that room and send us photos that looks like someone did a renovation job and took photos of the job asking for approval kinda photo, it is cropped to a certain extend, it is so blurry, it also looked like a photo from a phone that is from the 2012-2014 era.. so we try to REASON with the person that is not us we didn’t use that bathroom but she kept ignoring the fact that we left the place clean, wash up for her the kitchen utensils and clean the bathroom we used upstairs.. they trying to scam us all by ask us to pay extra MYR200 for the “additional” cleaning.. i admit it was my friend’s honest mistake never took any photo or videos when checking all the rooms properly, ESPECIALLY that ire feeling room.. hope that everyone is prepare for the disappointment of your life..

What a way to start the 2021 right! 🙄 btw we also reported this issue to Airbnb and hope that Airbnb can be the judge of the place and the outcome.. the water boiled from the water kettle taste bad.. just fyi..

The place has big space but unfortunately there’s also space for improvement. House maintenance is poor. Plus, the air conditioning is only at the rooms plus there’s no carpet/rug.

Would have rated this higher, but due to the unprofessional behavior of the Host, we have had no choice but to give this place a bad rating.

After we checked out, the Host messages us with pictures accusing us that we left the "basement" bathroom in an untidy manner - First of all we never used the "basement" bathroom, in fact that entire bedroom and bathroom (which is at the ground floor, not the "basement") WAS NOT EVEN USED by any of us;

To speak plainly, we did not feel safe in that particular room and closed it as soon as we arrived and no one went into that room or even used it in any sort of manner for the duration of our stay. All of us instead opted to stay at the top floor and use the bathrooms at that level.

Also one of the pictures sent to us by the Host also appears to be a crop job, as on the bottom right there seems to be have been some wordings cropped out, which is attached at this post.

To add to that, before leaving we of course cleaned up after ourselves. We washed their utensils which we used, cleared up the trash accumulated by us, and turned off all our lights, fans and Airconditioners (EXCEPT for the room we did not feel safe walking into).

We abided by all the rules they laid out for us, arrived on time, checked out out on time. We even reported to the host and PAID for a glass that we accidentally broke. Despite all this, the host kept accusing us of dirtying a bathroom that we did not even use and then kept pushing us to pay for extra cleaning.

Me and my friends were appalled by the behavior and the accusatory/hostile tone from the Host. This is my first time using Airbnb and my friends who use it regularly stated this is the time that they've been in a situation like this from the Host.

Despite that, the place is decent, the good things being the spacious size, the interesting design with an in-door pool (which I personally didnt want to get into even though others in our group did) and on the surface level, it appears to have been cleaned, except for the fans, as turning them on flared up dust allergies from a few of us as the fans weren't cleaned and dusty. The Monkey family that hangs out on the tree's and the neighborhood provided us with an outdoorsy jungle feel even though this is based in the city, so from that aspect it was an interesting experience.

However the confrontational and unprofessional behaviour of the host accusing us of things we didn't do turned the entire experience sour for all of us.

In good faith we cannot give this place a recommendation or a good review after our experience.

The conversations between the host and us have been sent to Airbnb who are looking into the matter for us.

As a first time Airbnb user this has taught me a valuable lesson, to next time take photo's before check in and after we check out as as proof as right now I feel like i'm being deceived and in what might appear to be some kind of scam or that the host is having some kind of miscommunication between their hired cleaners because they're accusing us of something that we did not do.

Photos look good but the place is quite dirty and did not maintaine well. Too bad
