Today 10/9/18 me and my family suddenly decided pay a visit to ZOO MALAYSIA 🇲🇾,
We got 3 ticket at counter5 2:03pm served by a women name KUYONG.. we had been order stick up ticket to our hand before entering the entrance.. it was start heavy rain at 2.10pm after we passed by the scanning bar code, we run to the shuttle and wait for the heavy rain to stop but it seem like getting more heavy rain.. I decide go back counter5 and communicate with the gal and ask for refund, told me nothing much she can do with the rain and ask me wait for the rain to stop, she mention zoo will be closing at 5pm.. I had request talked to the high level person she answered she is the MANAGER... Do your think a consumer will pay up the amount just for 5min do nothing?!
I felt so helpful and with kind of rude service by her, she asked me go over to the service counter, service counter person told me is none of her business have to get back to counter5, please don't fool the consumer and push away the matter to there and here.. please take seriously this kind of service.. I not so sure how ZOO MALAYSIA management handling emergency case to the consumer, I wish management can learn more from handling consumer request.. please advise and thanks you so much have kind of service to consumer..
