Lemon Tree Seafood Restaurant

Seafood porridge, fried fish and oyster noodles was more than enough for 4 of us adults.

Seafood was fresh to the max, and the price was extremely worth it, had 5 dishes (3 seafood dishes, 1 seafood porridge and another veg), quality is at its best and the price was only RM115.

The porridge was filled with fresh fish meat, crab and scallops, not stingy at all. The porridge was naturally sweet and appetising.

The fresh prawn was cooked to perfection, don't need any sauce to cover the taste.

The deep fried salted egg calamari was to perfection.

Steamed fish was fresh but unfortunately overcooked.

A must try if you come to this area!

Cheap & good food, the seafood is fresh! Simply love the fried fish, its crispy! The star of the restaurant is the seafood porridge! If you like teochew style of porridge (whereby you can see and eat the rice which still in full piece), this is the one for you. The soup is sweet with all the essence from the seafood. It has pomfret, prawns, scallop, fishballs made fresh.

Do try the fried brinjal too!

Price is reasonable and worth a try!

Nice place to sit and relax. Seafood is very fresh. Do remember to order their porridge, it warms straight to the tummy.

Food is definitely good but service requires some improvement.

Fresh seafood. No menu tho. They will recommend you their dishes. This is what i ordered. Very satisfied with the dishes 😊. Will be back again.

This seafood restaurant in the small fishing village of Matang, is a 20 minutes drive from Taiping. It has been growing in popularity as locals and tourists patronise the shop for the freshness of the seafood and super reasonable prices.
Worth trying are the yummy old taste oyster noodles, fish head yam soup and popular seafood porridge. And not forgetting the deep fried crispy mullet fish, and rare baby shark fried in dried chilli.

The seafood porridge in this restaurant is very good, you can try it~
