Kang Kao Seafood Restaurant (十八丁港口海鮮)

Located upstairs overlooking the river delta. Really nice sunset views. Every dish we tried was very good. Pricing is reasonable!
Recommended:lime sauce steam fish, oyster omelette, tofu, three sauce sotong, salted fish vegetables.

Service was fast as the restaurant was still largely empty on a weekday during an early dinner time.

Highly recommended place to have Lunch/ dinner with family & friends.. The windy wind and the delicious food is one of the beat combo you would look for.. There's this prawn income bread. Wowh that's the best of all.. Go for deep friend squid with nestum
Steam fish nyonya style was way better than the one I ate in melaka.. Basically the food here was realllhyyy good

One of the best seafood restaurants in Taiping. Affordable sea food. Gets crowded at night but ample parking. Seating on 1st floor best to the sea. Must try their nestum mantis prawn and fried fish 3 rasa.

As always , the food was delicious and the service was good.

One of the places we chanced upon when we were in Taiping! It was quite a drive from the main taiping town but it was really worth the time and effort! We reached at around 7.30pm on a weekday, there weren’t many people. The food was served quickly. For 2, we ordered the salted egg butter crab, cereal sotong, butter prawn and cabbage. The only down side was the flies around, but still tolerable. Would recommend dinner here!

Food nice and reasonably priced in my opinion. RM150 for 3 pax dining crabs, prawn dish, egg, vege dish. Atmosphere is nice but unfortunately group of Indian customers smoking non stop inside the restaurant but staff unable to successfully advise them.

Lovely view. Great service, food arrived fast. Delicioso!! Wasn't packed, probably coz we arrived early, & that this place is neatly tucked away in the back. Look for an eagle on the rooftop,& you're there. Great sunsets views. Totally underrated. Highly recommended

Variety selection of seafoods. Nice environment. This place always crowded so expect some delay on food arrival. Overall good food with good price and good sight seeing.

Good seafood, price is reasonable. Good view as it is beside the fishing jetty. Seafood is fresh especially the fish.

I mostly love it for the fresh seafood with just arrived from the sea and not bought in the market and I also like it for it's crab and prawn curry bread Wich really taste otenticly nice you should go there if you ever go past that place you sure will regret if you didn't go to kang kao seafood
